I signed up last year for a Microsoft AI course online and just before i was about to start it, my father was rushed into hospital with serious problems that are ongoing that has now meant I have had to quit my job to care for him. At the same time I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia that is getting worse to the point where i cannot concentrate and get chronic pain, headaches, brain fog, sleep problems etc etc.
So I contacted Optima and they have said as its passed the 14 days cool down period I cannot get out of it and still have to pay the £3000 regardless! Considering my circumstances i think it is discusting that they could not come to an agreement with me.

During an online Zoom meeting, she helped me locate the information I needed on MS SharePoint when I was stuck with my homework and confused about what to do next. She was patient, encouraging, and took the time to boost my confidence, reminding me that it’s okay to learn at my own pace. Thanks to her support, I was able to continue my work with much more clarity and self-belief. If your passionate to work with computers or gaming consoles, then this the way forward I've been in contacted with Soyhan Behic and he helped me so much to get onto the training course and his team I couldn't thank him enough as he went above and beyond to make sure im on his team, I'm so glad and grateful to be on his team and learn everything from him about the training course I'm starting 21st February

I have always looked towards training in AI with other addenda, so I found all I needed with Optima Training. Moreover, the Trainers and Mentors are well-equipped and fabulous, highly knowledgeable, and have hands-on experience. When they give you mentoring time, they make sure that you get it right. This is exactly what happened to me recently.

After my AWS training two weeks ago, the trainer discovered that my name was not on many Optima essential key services. After the training session, she asked me to inform the Support Team so they could help me include my name and correct the issue.

Kim Brook, one of the Mentors, helped me set up my Skill-Builder and AWS accounts, which I couldn't have done on my own. After that, she made sure that she included my name in all the necessary key services on Optima Training Features; to mention a few:
· SharePoint - Completed
· Skillsbuilder - Completed
· Teams - Completed
· AI General Channel - Completed

Because of such dedicated service, commitment, and hands-on skills, I cannot feel shy but give her a Five* Rating for the skilful mentoring Support.

Optima IT is absolutely the right place to go if you’re looking to transition into an IT career. They genuinely listen, are incredibly understanding, and guide you in the right direction whenever you need it. The team is friendly, supportive, and committed to helping you succeed. I have no regrets enrolling with them.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Optima. A special thank you to David Hayes, who is an exceptionally methodical and patient instructor. He has a real talent for breaking down complex concepts and making them both understandable and genuinely enjoyable to learn. Highly recommended.

Tonight myself and co-cohortees attended a session led by Kim Brook to get set up with Amazon accounts, linked to AWS Skill Builder.

The various hoops that have to be jumped through to complete the appropriate configurations before training can start are, shall we say, not intuitive.

Patiently, Kim led those of us struggling to get the configurations right, from where we were to success.

Optima support finishes at 22:00. Kim worked well beyond that time to make sure every one of us was 'good to go'.

Today was a setup day. Kim and the team were relentless, ensuring we were all aligned throughout the different steps. Big thank you to Walson for your patience and clear directives.

Kim was really great ensuring that we were all up to date on what we were doing. There were some technology issues which made it a little chaotic to start but it got sorted in the end.

Kim has been wonderfully patient!! Thank you so much

Simon from optima was an excellent help getting set up with my Kali Linux labs. Highly recommend for anyone needing help working through labs.
