Absolutely amazing experience, please do it again!
It was absolutely amazing experience and I'm looking forward to have another meeting like this. All tutors were really helpful and even though internet connection was a bit slow, they managed to make it work! Special thanks to Kim for managing us all and making it funny and entertaining.

My time with Optima Training and…
My time with Optima Training and Consultancy was generally okay. I picked up some good knowledge about Google Cloud, and Kim Brooke was supportive and explained things clearly. There’s still a bit of room for improvement in how the sessions are organised, but overall it was a fair experience that gave me a basic understanding of cloud concepts.

Kim Brook has been an amazing trainer throughout our Google Cloud programme. She kept us engaged during the online sessions and made sure everyone understood the material. At the Google Cloud student event she organised, we finally got to meet the whole group in person and gained real, hands-on experience migrating an organisation to Google Cloud. As someone who has experienced a few different training providers, Optima is my best option on the market in my experience.

I joined Optima not knowing where this journey would take me. Kim Brook and the team stood out from every other course I’ve tried: clear structure, weekly classes, and genuine 1:1 support. Do NOT trust Optima. aggressive sales, false debt and harassment
I made an initial enquiry in July 2024 and repeatedly told Optima that I was not interested. On 28–30 Nov 2024 I cancelled in writing (“I didn’t sign and I won’t sign… stop bothering me” and “Cancelled — don’t send anything”). Optima’s staff (Jodie Rutter, Ruby Wordsworth, Steven Benfield) continued to call and send Zoho Sign reminders. Despite cancellation and no services delivered, a debt collector (ACI-UK; ref 3038056) contacted me in Aug 2025 demanding £4,008.17 on behalf of “Payment Assist Ltd.” I never attended the course, never received services, and there is no signed contract, and their staff continued to call and email after I asked them to stop. I have reported this to Trading Standards, Action Fraud/NFIB, the ICO and the FCA.
I have full voice recordings for their scamming process and I already have shared them with the top UK Gov dogwatch and Authority, and soon court and social media, (This is how we stop these "SCAMMERS", read other negative reviews and you will find out the majority of positive reviews are fake accounts.
I’m publishing these so others don’t fall into the same trap, check your paperwork, demand proof, and report aggressive sellers.

Omare, thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your point about the importance of regular follow-ups, and we agree that checking in to ensure students are settled and progressing smoothly is key.
We’ve recently made some changes to strengthen this area. Our new Student Success Team has been introduced specifically to provide more proactive and personalised support, including regular check-ins to help identify and address challenges early on. We’ve also extended our support hours until 10pm, giving students much greater flexibility to reach out when it works best for them.
Your comments are very helpful as they confirm the value of these improvements, and we’ll continue to build on them so that every learner feels consistently supported throughout their journey.
Signing in problem
Thank you, Gloria! She went above and beyond to help me after 9pm when I had an issue signing in because I left my laptop at home. She spent about an hour and a half patiently guiding me, and I really appreciate her dedication and kindness. Truly excellent service!

I had an outstanding experience with Gloria when I called, I was very impressed how quickly she responded. Gloria was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and understanding.
