THE BEST SERVICE

Shabz is nice and so welcoming! 100% recommend this service!! The environment is so nice and clean and the PCR was not painful at all. My entire family has used this service and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I heard alot about zainab and wanted to be seen by her after her amazing reviews but I was seen by a woman by the name of shabz, I got my results same day with no passport number on it which I gave her and panicked all night. Not trained to do her job properly but quick to ask for a review.

Had some PCR work performed by Optimised peace and mind and was very impressed with the company. Zenaib was extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. Clinical practician Shabz was welcoming and articulate. She explained step to step on what I was to expect and took time to get to know me as a person. Good customer service and will be recommending Optimized Body and Mind to everyone.
