I am one very happy customer!

Was on the lookout for an AC installation and OptimPRO was exactly what I needed.
I was guided through all the process from deciding what was best for my installation, to having everything delivered and installed to a very high standard and very quickly too.
They even cleaned up everything inside and outside when they left.
Could not recomment enough.

I just bought my first electric car, a Tesla, and needed a charger for it. Cătălin was fantastic from the start. He took the time to walk me through every part of the installation, explaining what to expect, what parts we’d need, and any tweaks that might come up along the way. His approach was clear and reassuring, so I felt confident everything was in good hands. The installation itself was quick, and he made sure everything was clean and tidy afterward. Overall, a genuinely smooth experience – I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, friendly service!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Marius for all his help in guiding me with all my air conditioning questions. Marius has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and he is very keen to help with any queries. Unfortunately, he was unable to install my systems because of the distance between us, but he was able to supply my installer with the Samsung units that I wanted at a really good price and also give up his know how on installing same systems. Marius continues to promptly answer odd questions I have on the systems as they are installed. If you are thinking of getting aircon I would highly recommend talking to Marius first.

I would have no trouble in recommending this company. I struggled to find a suitable engineer, came across this company. I phoned on a Saturday, Marius came and viewed our rooms on Sunday and carried out the work the following Saturday. Very thorough and courteous. So pleased with the finished job.

I got great advice about the air conditioning units that would best meet my needs. I wanted to ensure that all wiring and plumbing was hidden as much as possible, inside and out. They did a great job of making this tidy. Very pleased with the result.

Marius traveled from the Midlands to Surrey to do this little job, just 1no Air Conditioning Unit for my extension with his price being most competitive. Really easy to deal with and a lovely guy.
Would not hesitate in recommending him, will definitely be using his services again

marios/catalin installed 3 airconditioning units for our home. the service was fast and very professional and clean. we love our new daikin prefera airconditioners as they cool and heat our home and are very energy efficient with a A+++ energy rating. marios also spent 2 hours with us planning where the units should be installed for the best airflow, and what units fit our price range and needs. would reccomend optim pro to others.

7 indoor units and two outside units supplied and fitted. The whole process was flawless, units arrived directly from Mitsubishi with very recent manufacturing date on them . Installation started on the following day , guys worked tirelessly long hours for few days. Catalin is very knowledgeable and helpful, explained all installation process and the reasons to achieve best performance. Great result , clean finish! Whole family happy ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

OptimPRO did an outstanding job of getting my Mitsubishi system to me at the right time, the right price and all in peak season. The delivery came straight from the manufacturer, so the handling was minimal. Will recommend them for sure.

We had an air conditioning unit put in by Optimum PRO and we would highly recommend this Company. Nothing was too much trouble for Catalin and he explained everything at the same time making a very neat and professional job both inside and out.
