The company itself is very bad, I have to cancel the service it took like month, I have to call 10 times have to speak bunch different people and again after cancellation I couldn’t return equipment beca I have to call again to cancel it, this is so ridiculous and frustrating!

After 10+ years as a customer, their service became completely unstable. I called three times — nothing fixed. Went to the store — still nothing. Finally switched to Verizon.

Then the real nightmare began: months trying to cancel, store refused to take the equipment, I spent 35+ minutes on hold while standing in their store, called twice, talked to multiple reps, and still got told my account was “locked.” Paid parking twice just to return a modem!

They don’t care about customers — only money. Horrible experience from start to finish.
