Not getting what I paid for an entire year. Wrong router/modem installed. They aren't taking responsibility in understanding that they stole money from me and deserve a fair compensation.

There representatives are liars and scam artist. they keep saying I understand for the inconvenience. and keep going around in circles. They took more money then I authorized, and took weeks for them to send refund (which I am still waiting for) and for a less amount then they took. it's been a real hassle to say the least.

my both apple cell phones drop calls all the time and i have called mobile and have gone down to the optimum store to speak to a advisor. there is nothing that can be done to help me with my issues. i’m stuck with a 3 yr contract. i’m loosing money because i work from home too. OPTIMUM MOBILE is the worst service. I’m so pissed.

I have been a customer for 20+ years. Very frustrating dealing with customer service takes a long time for them to review- over phone customer service follows a standard script which all steps are performed prior to the call. So more time is wasted performing same steps ( turn box off/ disconnect power cable reattach start cable box, reboot modem, reboot router). These steps result in no change. Finally had external line replaced (took months) & service connection is still slow streaming. Actually visited Optimum in Hauppauge NY where they told me to increase speed (already have increased speed of 300 MPS). This is not the issue since only watching TV and not playing games with graphics. Believe the problem is where multiple connectors are in street.
