The office in Kingman, AZ are nice. But, whey you need to call into their customer support number - this is a totally different scene. The agents are pushy, never listening to a word you are telling them, they keep trying to push more svcs. on you even when you are trying and I am saying "trying" to cancel their svc.!! We still see bills from these liars all the way from November 2025 and still getting bills from them all the way up to January 30th, 2026! We returned the equipment weeks ago at the store in Kingman, AZ, but to no avail! I think we will need to get a lawyer involved and look into their practices! People should not have to do this when they want to cancel their services with ANY company! Mad? Beyond mad here!

Well now since I've been giving bad reviews about their phone service they have tried to decide to raise my internet bill i just got off the phone with them and told them and again it's optimum that I was only paying what I agreed to pay when I got the service which was only two months ago which is 30 a month and if they don't agree with it let a supervisor get in touch with me terrible terrible experience with them
