False advertising
False advertising. I was promised $60 internet and a $45 BOGO mobile deal — total monthly cost of $85. What I actually got was confusion, delays, and a much higher bill. Customer service (via Gabriel) said it could take “two billing cycles” to apply the promo. That’s absurd.
I’ve provided every screenshot and followed every instruction. Still getting overcharged. If you’re looking for reliable service and transparent pricing, look elsewhere. This company makes promises they don’t keep.
