Years of lies about the amount of my bill promises to reduce it that never happens lack of concern over the service unforeseen charges that I was told wouldn't be charged for, the requirement that they force you to pay for services for a time after you cancel them before they will agree to cancel them. This company is the atypical example of over promising and under delivering it's almost as if they want to see how much you can put up with before you get so frustrated that you need to find other options. I would suggest that you only consider them as a last resort and even then if you do be prepared for over billing and frustration if you never are in need of customer service
