No contact, no replies

Over the past 3 weeks or so I have contacted them 3 times via the website and sent 2 emails to try to get some samples. I get an automated "someone will contact you soon" message, but NO contact and NO reply to my emails. Not very impressed.

Additional: STILL no items received after the Customer Support Manager emailed to say they would be sent "no later than tomorrow" - that was 11 (eleven!) days ago!! I sent another email 4 days ago - guess what - no answer. Beware.

Just a general inquiry

This started as a general inquiry about a UGO product - being forced to adopt. Lisa O'Callaghan was amazing finding options to help me adjust and providing samples and other "words of understanding, comfort and wisdom. An ambassador for her company and product range - which is amazing. I KNOW I can ask more and I KNOW I will be looked after. Outstanding service.

Brilliant Optimummedical!

The telephone follow up to my online query was quick, efficient, with no pressure and genuinely caring.
Subsequent emails were professional and full of sensible advice.
The arrangement of supplies via the NHS was seamless and the company made every effort to ensure the supplies arrived wihin a tight timeschedule. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Flawless!

Great products and service

Very helpful staff. Reordering is easy, they deal with the GP and arrange the prescription. Great choice of male urinary products. Would definitely recommend the product and company
