I had a mixed experience with Options Skills. While some training seemed professional and the staff helpful, concerns about their financial situation and course closures were alarming. Some learners, including my son, faced issues completing their courses after paying significant fees. Proceed with caution and verify course stability before enrolling.

Hi do you lovely people know the date they went in to liquidation please, my son was on this course took our money and never finished the course, need to try and get the money back, Thank you. So sorry for you all 😩

i started my electrical course 10/2022 paid 7500£
done all my exam and part of portfolio then i got notified that company is gone bankrupt
currently waiting for EAL to clarify
two years of wasting time and money

Stole the money didn't let you finish course .. it's a joke

I was about a month away from finishing my course and now they have gone under with no contact to their students. I now have no idea what to do. I am having to make other plans but am basically having to go back to square one.
Please avoid this company or any company with a similar sounding name.

This is a scam,never go near them. They loot your money, you never get your certificate. They robbed my £5400.

After spending £7500 on an NVQ3 course, which we paid for in full upfront, the company has gone into liquidation and 1572 people have been left in the same boat. This was done without warning and the online portal was closed meaning noone could access their work. This has now opened but still waiting to hear whether the awarding body will honour all the course work. They may reopen as Options Trade Skills... AVOID. YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!!

Very disappointed with this company as I started my NVQ in 2021 and would be in 2 months, they just decided to announce cease to trade an leave us in unknown future. Unfortunately thousands of young people life and job affected by their selfish decisions.

This company directors are well educated in Law and business area. Around 1500 students have been left with no money and incomplete courses Directors have done it before and will do it again many times Poor service and unfair pricing strategy. Please be aware and always double check who you giving your money and read contract if you are protected in case you are not happy with service or insolvency/bankruptcy of the service provider. Obviously very much not recommended!!!

Options skills have robbed me of £7200 pounds. Company went bump but was still taking payment all the way up till the day they went bump knowing it was going to happen. Massive red flag these guys are! Stay well clear at all costs! I’m not the only one. There’s over 500 students paying an average of £7000 but yet they apparently have no money to pay us all back. Do the maths. These guys are frauds!

Worst and corrupt company

Options Skills cease trading without any notification, took all the students money and run. Then, they registered other company named Options Trade Skills. They are scam and I reported the action fraud already.

Scammers just scammers

Scammers they took everybody's money and ran away, the owners should be hung

Feel sorry for those that got mugged over by this company,

This is a scam my partner booked a heat pump course for him and his dad paid £150 they went this morning at 8am and it is deserted, no one in any of the buildings no one answering the phones or emails

They tried to get £500 out of him up front he refused luckily and only paid the £150…now to see if we can get the money back from the bank

Was at option skills for 2 years with only 20% of my course remaining till I was qualified. Now all my hard work and time has gone to waste including my 8k. I already had been in the industry for few years just wanted to be qualified and at my age of 30 now I'm not sure whether it's even worth going back to college or spending again 5k to become qualified. You have made me loose hope in to this wonderful career and hundreds of other people. Do what's right and compensate the students.

Wow, sorry to read that people have lost their money. I wanted to attend the gas course, however, I was sceptical over the sales woman pitch. She REALLY wanted full payment upfront. Luckily I took a time out to consider my options...
