I contacted a number of brokers - quite a tiresome task as I had to go through the same lengthy but necessary series of questions with all of them. Inevitably I received similar quotes but I opted for Oracle because of the service I got from Alex Moyes. Whereas a competitor broker seemed pushy and assumed he had the business, Alex was patient and courteous, signposting what was required throughout our discussion and ensuring that (a) he recommended an appropriate plan based on my needs and ability to pay, and (b) that I understood exactly how the product met my requirements.
