Scammers bought 40gb and was given 9.6gb on two lines. Workers at the orange airport in Cairo cheat and scam tourists!

Be careful, they are scammers! I bought 40Gb and run out of units after using 20GB.

This is one of the worst provider in all providers I have used i over than 12 countries. They are bunsh of thieves and their customer services just know it, and blablabla when you contact them. The data packages consumes 10 megas for every actuall megas counted by my mobile usage data counter, and you hear some rubish arguments every time you speak to their employess. Scam and a fraud counting on the monopoly strategy!

Purchased 3 cards at the Hurgada Airport. 2 of the 40 GB cards were empty after merely 1 GB usage. Contacted Orange via APP and they‘ve disconnected me immediately after waiting 20 minutes. Also kept receiving spam messages constantly. Don‘t recommend at all, what you buy and what you get varies. Waste of money and I‘m typing this using the poor WiFi from the Resort. Did not get what was sold in hurgada airport. Sim card with 16 gb data, only had 2gb. Its a scam to avoid.

Bought 40GB for 15 euro on Hurghada airport. The guy said that I need to dial some numbers one hour after I activate the SIM. 2 days later and 1.6GB spent turned out we're 80% done :D so the guy sold us 2GB for 15 euros. What a waste of time. Useless scammers.

This is the worst service provider company ever. They are liars, scammers and they are punishing me for their own system mistakes. My phone bill was deducted from my card 3 times because of a problem in their system, they refuse to refund me and they keep telling me that they will keep the amount in my phone bills balance. Their customer service gave me wrong information many times to keep prolonging the case and they deduct another amount from this money without my permission. And the worst is that the department that handles my complaint is keep lying that they tried to contact me and failed, so please call the customer service and I need to keep repeating my problem over and over with no solution.

Orange Hurghada airport fraud!! I bought 46,5 GB and only got 18 GB!! Orange Egypt sells your phonenumber to marketing, so during your stay you will get advertisement calls and texts. Be warned!!!

Worst provider ever! Orange Egypt is not a trustful source. When you recharge your account to book a Internet plan they take all your remaining balance without reason. You will not even find any details on usage or where the money goes. Therefore never charge more than the actual cost of a plan if you need to use Orange.EG. Also Internet data which is not consumed before renewal is mentioned to be transferred to the new package. But this has never happened. It just disappeared! I only use a Internet data line where I can not call or subscribe to any services and whenever I ask why money is taken without any reason they simply say, you are subscribed to a monthly news service. This is an illegal behavior of Orange and without my consent since I am not able to subscribe to anything while I own a Sim Card which is inserted in a data router and there are no options to subscribe, call or send and receive messages. So a big fraud practice that works now over years and it is not acceptable anymore for such a huge company. I can just suggest anyone to go with another provider. They all having some similar behavior since no one cares in Egypt but at least they are more transparent and offer a far better and more friendly customer service mentality.

I bought their data SIM for my Mifi device on the Airport in Hurghada - new, intact packing installed by shop. Advertised at the airport stand as 26GB for 13 euro. It showed to be later a so called FreeMax100 package only giving 12GB.I don’t mind if the price was little higher and you get at least what it is promised. As mentioned they are Scammers.

The worse ever. Bought it from the airport. They were the only which I could see in T3 arrivals at the baggage area. Slow slow slow

Don't purchase any SIM cards from this company, especially at the airports. They will scam you. The reps will give you a 500mb or 1GB plan while you think you're paying for 10 or 20GB. They pocket the difference. Scammers and thieves.

Обман! Купили в аэропорту 16 гб. по факту только 4гб. Уроды! Хотели зайти в офис узнать в чем проблема, в туристических местах офисов нет . Так как нужна связь зашли в офис Водафон, они повздыхали, поохали подтвердили, что оранж это обман, предложили за 6$ добавить 4 гб "это будет 100%, друг" согласились. По факту получили 1 гб. Вот как-то так.

Worst expierence!!! Scammers!! 1st november i bought a sim card 18GB for 10$… after i used 8BG they stoped internet and i couldnt use it anymore. After i called them they said i bought only for 8GB! SCAMMERS!!

At 24th October 2021 I bought their SIM on the Airport in Hurghada - new, intact packing. 18 GB for 10 USD.
The SIM was without any signal for my whole stay.
After return home I tried to write them a complaint, but their form is out of order (you can fill it, but it's not possible to send it) and their Facebook page is ouf of order as well.
I don't recommend their services, they'are frauds!

Worst experience! They hire low skilled employees, they are not trained how to speak to customers, there is no will to help and obviously their internal processing is quite old and it requires 100 of steps to finalize any task! Terrible customer service
