Orbis have been helpful throughout the process. The travel arrangements and all the hotels they found were excellent value for travel on a budget. We covered 3 cities in 3 different countries in just over 1 week and apart from a cancelled train (beyond their control) everything went to plan. All in all a great experience. Orbis are to commended for their diligence and honesty

From boarding the flight in Liverpool, every stage of our 3 city tour of Prague, Vienna and Budapest was organised to seamless perfection. Taxi transfers, inter-city train journeys, 4star amazing hotels and even 2 river cruises in Prague and Budapest included. We contacted Orbis while we were away to upgrade seats on the 4 hour Prague to Vienna train journey. The agents rang us and messaged on WhatsApp to arrange this. Service has been second to none. We arrived home today and are definitely planning our next break with Orbis.

This is the first trip I booked with Orbis, and I could not have been more impressed. They took care of every detail. Drivers to pick us up as requested on time and waiting. The tour guide was very experienced and took his time to explain and show us what we needed to see. I will be booking more trips with Orbis.

The service from Orbis travel was great til they took our money...then what happened after was like a comedy of errors. It is now obvious that they cannot carry out any simple administrative arrangement.
After paying our money, we then got asked to pay another 79.00 per person as the flight was no longer available. When we did this I never heard anything despite several messages for over 2 weeks. I then hear the rep had left.
I had an unfortunate event that 2 of my party of 4 were ill so had to cancel...when I tried to put 2 new people in their place I was quoted 200.00 each to do this and Orbis did not come back to me for days and eventually my friends gave up.
When I got to Egypt the transfer people were expecting 4 people still, not just me...in the hotel they were also expecting 4 of us...this despite being very clear with Orbis I was the only traveller.
The worst of it came when I joined the cruise, despite my travelling alone, because Orbis gave no refund i had not cancelled my double room. I was given a single room so Orbis had had the cheek to change my room to a single even though I had booked a double.
I needed a cancellation proof for my friends to claim on their insurance...I asked the manager of Orbis to call me. To this day I have not heard from him. I ended up asking someone to write a confirmation of cancellation for one of my party and guess what? Confirmation for 3 people came back. They could not even follow a simple instruction like that.
Their administration is appalling. I will never recommend them and never use them again.

I booked a Bali trip (hotel & air) for my son’s honeymoon. When the reservation was completed the agent said they would email me the itinerary & invoice within 24 hours once the reservation had gone to the suppliers.
Not once was I told that the booking had not been confirmed and I would have to wait 24 hours for final confirmation.
Two days later I get a phone call saying the flight will cost me an extra $1500.00!
Of course I was stunned to hear that and I told them I refused to pay that amount.
They cancelled my reservation with no desire to help with any alternative flights or options.
No customer service or willingness to go the extra mile for the client.
Advertise a cheap deal, then say its not available and upsell to a higher price.

Booked a 10 day trip to Spain through Orbis. Clive is the agent who has helped me navigate all the details of the trip. He handles every call I make with questions about the trip. He has taken care of every concern I have had. Great travel advisor!!

We are in our 80’s and our rooms were on the 5th floor! Very clean and central and Helen carried our suitcase but we think it’s important to inform about the 59 steps as it was a shock.Tea and coffee sachets poor - glad I brought tea bags from England! but fridge good so we could get milk at nearby mkt. Only Skynews available. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Split great! Good transfer to airport.

Last year we came across Orbis Travel by mistake, best mistake I have made! We always go away for our Birthdays 4th & 7th March, 76 and 62 respectfully.
Following a good quotation we went ahead with a 2 day trip to Rome followed by train trip and 2 nights in Venice our favourite city.
Edward situated 2 lovely 4*hotel with 5 minutes of Station in Rome and lovely Restaurants and 100 yds of St Marks Square, unvelievable! We have done 100s of holidays over the years but we have never had service ilke Edward offered. Try him out you will not be dissapointed. Brian & Wilma Macnamara.

My wife & I used Orbis Travel for the first time recently,
We had a trip to Italy,4 nights in Rome & 3 nights in Venice July 2022 .
Our Orbis Travel consultation “Edward “ was brilliant
he organised the trip tailored to our wishes , flights transfers, guided sightseeing tours , hotels , nothing was too much trouble, Edward handled our passenger information & emailed our boarding cards everything down to the last detail , we were sent the Orbis App to download, Which was great , all our travel documents were sent to the app & were available on our phones, & on email to print if need be .
we had such a good experience travelling with Orbis, in Italy, that , two weeks after the Italy trip ,we booked a restful 10 night beach holiday in Rhodes Greece , in August , as we had promised ourselves a holiday treat again after the long pandemic, Once again
Edward organised our holiday tailored to our wishes ,& emailed all our travel documents, invoices & receipts & sent them to our Orbis app , he organised things right down to the last detail ,like airline seating & emailed our boarding cards ,which made the travelling much less stressful, not having to deal with all the travel documentation beforehand.
I was very pleased that I could contact Edward at Orbis travel by Phone or email or the app messenger ,before & during the trip , if I needed to ask questions or had travel requests.
He was very friendly , courteous & professional and very helpful whenever I contacted him about organising the trips . We felt the costs of the holidays & additional services we requested were very reasonable also .
We had a fabulous time in Rhodes, as we did in Italy .
I can certainly recommend Orbis Travel , & we will certainly be travelling with them again .

This Company were so helpful and efficient when trying to plan a trip to Mexico. There was no problems when we had to cancel and easy and quick refund options. We will certainly use them in the future. The whole experience felt very personal and every effort was made to get the kind of holiday we wanted with lots of tips and useful information thrown in when planning.. Thank you guys.

Edward was fantastic, he organised everything including two tours in Naples which were the best we have ever been on. The hotels in Rome and Naples were great and the transfer between the two cities went smoothly thanks to him. Any questions we had were answered and any concerns were dealt with promptly. We had a brilliant time and I will certainly book any further trips with Edward and Orbis Travel.
