La respuesta de Orbit Funded confirma punto por punto mi denuncia, aunque intenten disfrazarlo de "procedimiento estándar":

1. Admisión de Fallo y Manipulación: La empresa admite que su plataforma cerró operaciones prematuramente y que, posteriormente, "neutralizaron" los resultados. En el trading profesional, anular manualmente operaciones (poniéndolas a $0,00) en lugar de aplicar el precio de mercado justo o restaurar la posición operativa es una manipulación directa del historial.

2. Sobre la seguridad y los canales oficiales: Es alarmante que la empresa alegue que las comunicaciones no pertenecen a su infraestructura. Si su propio Soporte Técnico oficial en el Dashboard proporciona información sobre la migración a una nueva plataforma debido a la inestabilidad de la actual y admite fallos críticos, y ahora la empresa lo niega, estamos ante una falta de integridad comunicativa o una brecha de seguridad interna grave.

3. Sobre la "compensación": Mi solicitud de una cuenta mayor fue una propuesta de resolución ante el LUCRO CESANTE(loss of profit) y la incapacidad de gestionar el riesgo durante el bloqueo operativo de 48 horas en un mercado volátil. No es una "amenaza", es una negociación ante un incumplimiento de servicio por su parte.

4. Investigación en curso: Mantengo mi calificación. Todas las pruebas de la manipulación manual a $0,00 y las admisiones del soporte ya han sido enviadas a los investigadores de Forex Peace Army (FPA), la autoridad mundial en transparencia de brokers y prop firms.

Como trader profesional, reporto una experiencia inaceptable con Orbit Funded:

• Fallo de Infraestructura Admitido: La empresa publicó un "Aviso de Mantenimiento" oficial admitiendo anomalías. Su propio soporte técnico confirmó vía chat que están migrando a otra plataforma debido a los constantes fallos de su plataforma actual, los cuales causan cierres erróneos de operaciones.

• Bloqueo en Entorno Crítico: Me impidieron operar durante más de 24 horas en un contexto de alta volatilidad geopolítica. Ante mi solicitud de una compensación justa por el lucro cesante y la incapacidad de gestionar el riesgo, la empresa se ha negado a ofrecer una solución profesional.

• Manipulación de Datos: Tras admitir sus fallos, la empresa editó manualmente mi historial de trading, ajustando operaciones afectadas a exactamente $0.00. Es una intervención manual inaceptable en lugar de una resolución de mercado.

• Amenazas e Inseguridad: Sus correos oficiales fallan en la autenticación (SPF/DKIM) y me han respondido con amenazas legales ante una reclamación legítima por deficiencias que ellos mismos anunciaron.

Dispongo de pruebas gráficas de todo lo expuesto (capturas de trades a $0.00, avisos de mantenimiento y chats de soporte). Creo importante NO operar en esta empresa de fondeo hasta que demuestren fiabilidad para cualquier trader.

We take all public feedback seriously, however this review contains several inaccuracies that must be clarified.

First, a temporary technical issue did occur on April 13th, related to market data delivery, which caused premature trade closures. This issue was immediately identified, transparently communicated to all clients via a dashboard notice, and fully resolved by the early hours of April 15th.

As a fair and industry-standard resolution, all affected trades — both profits and losses — were neutralized, and account balances were restored to their state prior to the incident, since those results did not reflect real market conditions.

In your specific case, your account balance prior to the issue was approximately $100,302.71, and after the incident it had dropped below $99,000 due to the affected trades. These results were fully neutralized, and your balance was correctly restored to its original value.

The claim of “data manipulation” is incorrect. There was no alteration of legitimate trading results, but rather a correction of trades executed under abnormal conditions, which is a standard and necessary practice in situations like this.

Regarding the claim of “lost profits”, it is important to clarify that there is no valid basis for compensation based on hypothetical gains. Market movements do not guarantee outcomes, and it is not possible to determine whether such opportunities would have been successfully executed.

It is also important to highlight that, after the issue was fully resolved, the client made a disproportionate request, demanding a $1,000,000 account with special conditions (including 100% profit split, no consistency rule, and reduced profit days), despite holding a $100,000 account. This request has no contractual or operational basis.

Regarding the allegations about emails and infrastructure, it is important to clarify the sequence of events:

Initially, the client presented supposed evidence using the domain orbitassets.com, which has no relation to our company. After being informed of this, the client then switched to using our correct domain orbitfunded.com, but created email addresses that do not exist within our infrastructure, such as ceo@orbitfunded.com
, compliance@orbitfunded.com
, and info@orbitfunded.com
.

These are not official company channels and are not published in any of our environments. Therefore, these claims have no connection to our infrastructure.

Regarding the mention of a platform migration, this was communicated transparently as an operational improvement, aimed at enhancing the overall experience for our clients. This does not represent a “structural failure,” but rather a natural evolution of our service.

Finally, it is important to provide context regarding the tone adopted by the client throughout the communication. In one of the emails sent, an ultimatum was issued demanding benefits without contractual basis under threat of public exposure:

This prop firm is a FRAUD

This prop firm is a FRAUD! They will find a way to BREACH your account with ABSURD rules! Customer service is no help at all, they will RIDICULE you when they send you their rules and regualtions and literally laugh at you because you didnt understand their rules that are not specified on their contract! They give you access to their payout submission button on the 2nd day which makes you think you have access to a payout! But they DELIBERATELY do this to have you ask for a payout and then turn around and say you breached the account! Just another from of their DIRTY UNSCRUPULOUS tactics! DON'T DO BUSINESS with this DIRTY firm!!

We take public feedback very seriously, however, in this case, it is essential to clarify the facts with full transparency.

The claim that our company is a “fraud” is completely unfounded and does not reflect reality.

Your payout request was submitted with only 2 trading days, while the minimum requirement is 14 trading days, as clearly stated on our website and in the agreement you read and accepted before starting to trade.

Our company operates with full transparency. All rules, without exception, are publicly available on our website, and before trading, every client must read and accept an agreement where these same rules are clearly outlined. There are no hidden rules.

By starting your account, you did so fully aware of all conditions. Therefore, it is not consistent to later claim that the rules are “absurd” or “not specified” when they were clearly available and formally accepted by you beforehand.

In addition, your account violated rules in an objective and repeated manner:

• More than 80 violations of the minimum trade duration rule (tick scalping)
• Practically all of your trades failed to meet the minimum risk-to-reward requirement (1:1)

These rules are in place to be followed and are applied equally to all traders, without exception.

It is also important to note that there was an attempt to condition the situation on posting negative reviews unless a new account was granted, which reflects an effort to shift responsibility away from your own rule violations.

We operate based on clear, objective, and previously communicated criteria.

Sono in una prop istant funded da 100k, la piattaforma ha problemi seri... Apro un trader e me lo chiude dopo un secondo con -761$ un trader in buy che mi avrebbe fruttato 100pips con 1 lotto... Ieri lo stesso problema, mi hanno resettato la piattaforma e ora di nuovo lo stesso problema... Non si riesce a lavorare se ogni giorno ti azzerano i profitti con il reset... Se dovessero risolvere il problema vi farò sapere ma per il momento, delusione totale

Bitte aufpassen! Trade profitabel. Habe vorzeitig ausversehen eine Auszahlung beantragt. Da wurde mein Gewinn zurÃŒckgesetzt. Und habe dann weiter getradet. Die Software schließt aus unerklÀrlichen GrÃŒnden manchmal automatisch trades (die haben eine Regel wo drin steht keine trades unter 3 Minuten schließen). Somit hat man direkt die challange verloren. Absoluter Scam!
