BECAREFUL

Multiple red flags 🚩 🚩

I was hoping to purchase an instant funding account after reading amazing reviews and their rules. Beautifully branded website and phenomenal offers.

However, after searching their website there is no physical address, no information on the owner or team not even a name, and no company registration info. I also searched them up on Google and social media, I couldn’t find any registry or any reviews outside of Trustpilot. Not a single thing or mention in any trading forums. It says they were established in 2025, but I would still expect registration at minimum.

I asked for this information in their live chat and they stated their operations is virtual. No physical address or company registration. They gave me no info to build trust. Very concerning.

I also asked for proof of real payouts. They said due to trader privacy they can’t. Yet on their Instagram there are “payout certificates” with full names not blurred and their website claims 18,000+ traders and $2M+ payouts which doesn’t even match the size of reviews in Trustpilot or any of the other things I’ve mentioned. The customer support was vague and didn’t provide anything asked for.

Lastly, the reviews on Trustpilot seem to have a similar tone and similar phrases used. They are dripped out evenly in a pattern over days. Almost all 5 star reviews and zero complaints yet online the company is unheard of. I clicked on a few profiles with 3+ reviews they all left 4-5 star reviews on other companies related to rewards and surveys, could these reviews be incentivised? None of the reviews are marked as verified and the company profile is even unclaimed.

I’m very disappointed in my experience as I was really set on trading with them but after these huge red flags, little online presence and vague responses, I decided not to risk investing with them. I wouldn’t even trust a small size account because if scale later and have a problem, I have no company info to fall back on other than an email.

If something seems too good to be true then maybe it is!

So if I see any changes that prove they are legit I’ll update my review.

First, regarding Trustpilot, until recently our page here was completely organic and unclaimed. We were not actively managing it and only became aware of your review after being alerted by another user. Since then, we have created an account to respond transparently.

Orbit Funded operates as a proprietary trading firm offering simulated capital within a digital structure. This model differs from traditional brokers, as we do not accept deposits nor act as a financial intermediary. For that reason, our structure follows the common format of digital-first firms operating internationally within this segment.

We understand that some traders prefer to see a public physical address or corporate registration displayed on a website. However, simply publishing such information does not automatically guarantee operational integrity. What ultimately sustains credibility in the proprietary trading industry is rule clarity, model consistency, and honoring payouts when conditions are met.

All of our trading rules are publicly available on the website. There are no hidden clauses. Before operating on a Funded account, traders receive a formal agreement outlining all conditions in detail. The same applies to Instant accounts. Payouts are processed when rules are respected, which is standard practice in this industry.

Regarding payout proof, withdrawals in this model are performance-based and conditional upon rule compliance. A single screenshot does not represent the full context of a trading account. Out of respect for trader privacy, we do not disclose personal financial records without explicit consent.

Additionally, we do not believe credibility should be built solely through screenshots or promotional images. In many cases, such materials show only what audiences want to see, without reflecting the full complexity of evaluation and compliance processes.

Concerning reviews, we do not incentivize, purchase, or manipulate feedback. We do not control how independent users choose to write their experiences. When a company operates with clear rules and structured conditions, it is natural for reviews to reflect similar themes. All reviews are submitted independently by external users.

We follow the same philosophy regarding public communities. We have chosen not to operate a public Discord server and instead prioritize direct and personalized support. Some firms prefer open communities, while others focus on individual service. These are strategic decisions, and each trader chooses the approach they feel most comfortable with.

We respect your decision. However, we believe a more accurate assessment should be based on practical experience within the framework of the published model and rules.

I brought a $10k one step account

I brought a $10k one step account to test it out . I did my trading without rushing and everything went fine during the challenge I requested the payout and it comes through with no issues . It was a simple experience overall and it worked like it should

Great place

The best prop firm on the market. I’ve had very negative experiences with other firms in the past that didn’t feel sustainable or transparent. This one is stricter for a reason, because they care about integrity and making sure traders actually get paid every time

My experience with Orbitfunded

The client dashboard is really intuitive.
Everything is easy to track and manage.
I went for a 2step challenge, caught a nice
move on XAUUSD and passed both phases.
No slippage issues like I had with other firms.overall the experience was really smooth.
