Thanks Javed, and fair point on the price. We stay away from the really cheap covers because they crack and yellow within a few weeks, and we would rather you buy one that lasts. But I hear you, we do keep an eye on it. Glad the quality landed.

Worst quality ever exists.. Plus Stars for sending new Cover

I asked from them again and again and would it change color and they kept saying NO NO it's that blah blah and right after 3rd day it changed while aftersale experience is worst ever they don't reply quick and after 2 days next order pr hum discount ker dain gy while i asked for exchange or return he said apny use kr liya I said Mister use kiya tw he 2nd day color uterna shuru ho gaya and jb utrey ga tb he bataoun ga na he didn't replied yet it's been a week WoW what a worst experience ever 1500 gayee gutter main 🀬😀

Waqar, you're right to be angry and I'm not going to argue with any of it. Two things went wrong here. The cover started peeling within days, which should not happen, and then our team went quiet on you for a week after you asked for an exchange. The second one is the worse of the two. I have flagged order #977888 again today and asked the team to message you directly on the number on your order with a straight answer on the exchange, not another round of back and forth. Sorry it took a public review to get here.

Thank you, and thanks for coming back more than once, that honestly says more than any star rating. On price, I won't pretend we're the cheapest. We pick the covers that hold up, and that costs a bit more at our end too. Noted though, genuinely.

Hudaibia, 10/10 se behtar kuch ho hi nahi sakta, shukriya. Dino wala cover hamara bhi favourite hai, aur camera border wali baat aap ne bilkul sahi pakri, wohi is ka asal kaam hai.

Sir,I ordered OnePlus 12 mobile cover but guess what I got the mobile cover of OnePlus 12r, your service is very poor, I don't think people should purchase anything from you. It is open fraud, I don't like it.

Shahbaz, I went through your order to see what happened. Order #978967 on our side was for the OnePlus 12R cover, and that is what got packed and sent. Your phone is the OnePlus 12, so it didn't fit. That's a model mix-up, not fraud, but I understand why it felt that way, because it then took us ten days to sort out, and that part is on us. The OnePlus 12 cover was dispatched to you on 10 September via PostEx, so it should be with you in a day or two. Sorry for the wait.
