The cover looks like used and cheap not worth more than 300 pkr even that would be expensive for this. Also when i said i want to exchange they first said you have to Send it to us and pay 200 delivery charges again. Wow. Then blocked me, when i posted about them and their reviews unblocked me and told me to send it lol
Selling products at 6x expensive rate.

They don't follow the designs u sent for th cover. Their support takes at least a week to respond if they do respond. It's a wast

Ordered phone case and a pop socket.

Phonecase is fine, I won't complain but it nots the best quality either in the price. I had better case for my Google Pixel 7 Pro ordered from Ali Express in the same price range than the one I got from phonecase.pk

My main issue is with the Pop socket.
First the image of the pop socket was completely different from the one I ordered. I ordered one with a cat picture. However, they sent me one with a Hello kitty.
Second, the image quality is extemely low resolution. It is going to trash.
Third, I was showing family how they sent wrong pop socket. Tried to pull it but it snapped off completely...

Well for some reason they had sent an extra pop socket (not one I had ordered). Atleast that one is functional.
I'd still prefer if they had notified me about the item unavailability if one I had ordered was not in stock and let me make decision about that.

Very disappointing experience with phonecase.pk. They advertise their cases as “premium quality,” but what I received was extremely cheap and nothing like what was shown.

When I contacted customer support for a refund, their response was rude and unhelpful. After multiple follow-ups, they finally replied and asked me to return the parcel at my own expense, and on top of that said they would deduct 20% from the order amount.

Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re okay with low-quality products and zero support after purchase.

Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away from PhoneCase.pk!
If you’re thinking of ordering from PhoneCase.pk, DON’T. I made the mistake of trusting them, and it was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

1. Pathetic Quality – The phone case I ordered looked NOTHING like the pictures. The colors were faded, the print was off-center, and it felt like something I could get for Rs. 50 in a roadside stall. They claim "premium quality," but it’s more like trash-tier garbage.

2. Super Slow Delivery – Ordered my case expecting it in 3-5 days, but guess what? It took almost a 8 days arrive. No tracking updates, no proper customer service—just vague replies like "Bhai, thoda wait karein." Like bro, I ordered a phone case, not a custom-built spaceship.

3. Horrible Customer Support – Their WhatsApp support is a joke. No professionalism, no effort to solve problems. I asked for a refund, and they straight-up ghosted me. The only time they responded was when I threatened to post bad reviews. Even then, all they said was "Apka masla dekh rahay hain." Spoiler alert: They did nothing.

4. Fake Reviews Everywhere – They flood their website and social media with fake 5-star reviews. The reality? Cheap cases with overpriced tags. Scam alert!

5. Zero Refund Policy – Once they get your money, forget about getting it back. They will find any excuse to deny a refund, even if they sent the wrong product.

Verdict: Avoid Like a Disease
Unless you enjoy waiting forever, wasting money, and getting scammed, stay FAR AWAY from PhoneCase.pk. Plenty of better alternatives exist—just don’t throw your hard-earned cash at these scammers.

Sent wrong item, refused to cooperate, when sent pictures on their own policy regarding wrong item and damaged item, the Support Operator laughed and told us it's the team's fault and that it's our problem now.

So messed up after sales service they never response they will say you can replace in 7 days how someone will replace a wrong item you send when you will not even respond. Totally typical Pakistani online fraud like most

worst experience at all. product is not as described. The quality of the product is poor and also the support team is very rude and bad...they gave me the wrong product and when I said changed it or refund they said there is no policy of return and refund.
