Extremely bad experience will never come back to buy any products from your website. As my last two purchase (25/08/23)order number 269221/269222 up to this moment I still not receive the order number of 269222 sent email over 10 times it’s took very long time to get your replied. I am living out of us area really hard to call your company. Really upset with your company and will stop my friend to buy products from your company.

When I did not get a confirmation and I wrote and asked about it. I received a phone call assuring me the item would be in the mail shortly, and not to worry. True to his word, it was, and I got it soon after. Good customer service!!! I appreciated that my order was important enough for a return call.

It is good so far for treating my ache due to my skin is getting breakout in the yoga

Easy online purchase of a wonderful product

I've been trying to find a more affordable skin care provider, and thought I had. But then, they didn't have one of my main night creams, so had to look elsewhere. Not only did you have my cream, you charged me LESS! Thank you! With the economy the way it is, we're having to find alternate routes to fill our needs.

Package came with a big damage(poor packaging for liquid materials)products came out and can't be used as a normal. Customer service, yes same day as well they text me back with promises to resend another package...One week later nothing, can't get customer service by phone or thru text messages. Don't want to make any deal with this site and spend my time for that. Thank you.

I had made a mistake on the address, and after contacting the company, it was immediately corrected.

I have used this product for some time. Works really well.

I cancelled 11/13 order on 11/25 in accordance as per your email indicating I could cancel if not shipped and received. I got notice 12/1 it was shipped. Received 12/3, sent back via usps as per your website on 12/5, which you received 12/6. Still waiting for confirmation of refund

I ordered 3 items and only received 2 items. The item that was missing was too big for the package I received with the 2 smaller items inside. I contacted the company immediately through the "contact us" button on their website. No response. I contacted them through an e-mail address they had previously responded to me on. No response. I contacted PayPal and they said I would need to contact the company again through them. I did, and no response. PayPal then got involved and tried to contact the company. No response. PayPal finally refunded my money. Thank goodness I paid through them, or I would have been out of luck!! *Update, today I received the missing product - 2 months and 1 week after I ordered it, and after I already got a refund from PayPal. No communication with me whatsoever. Strange.

We are still waiting for the half of our order which has not arrived yet after five weeks

I placed my order online. The products were shipped out and I was notified. Then I was notified regarding the arrival of my order. The order arrived on time. I am happy to be using Anne Marie Borlind facial products again and at a reduced price. Oh happy day!

I had to send an email back to the company to see if my order was shipping. Order date 9.22.22. After email now shipping? Unsatisfactory.

Physiodermie products are wonderful and well worth the money. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took 12 days to get my package and I paid for extra shipping. This is atypical of Organic Skincare, so maybe it was just a mishap??
