I've tried twice to order from here. Each time it says shipping will be updated within 72 hours. However, after a week of silence I reach out and it takes multiple times of reaching out to finally talk to someone. My product take over a month if not 2 months to get here. Finally, I'm asking for a refund because it's ridiculous after spending $300 and then waiting months for products, plus paying extra from shipping. Don't order here and don't be like me and give them a second chance because you'll just be disappointed.

This is a terrible and fraudulent company, stay away from ordering there, you can get the same products from plenty of other companies!! I have ordered twice so far from them, both times a total disaster and absolutely no help or understanding from the company at all. When you order from the, it tells you o their website, that if you order within a certain amount of time (in my case it was 5 hours), your products will ship the same day. Both times I have ordered from them, my products did not ship until a week and more later!! Also, I extra for Priority Mail, to make sure I will have my order quickly, well when I investigated with USPS why it is taking so long to deliver, I saw, that my ordered was not shipped with Priority Mail, but Advantage Mail, which makes a huge difference timewise. IN turn this means, this fraudulent company kept the money I paid extra for faster shipping and put in their pocket. When reaching out to them, they are not willing to help at all. I suggested to overnight my product the second time around, since they are advertising something on their website that is fraudulent, they never ship the same day as promised, it takes days for them to get your order out........, I have heard that from many other people now as well, but their reaction was no, that would be too expensive and that was the end of it, no further communication or concern at all. Stay clear from this company, I also reported them to the BBB.

Order placed 7/8/2025. it's 8/6/2025 there has been no replies to emails on expected deliver date or request to cancel the order.

I just want to say that this company does not always put their customers first. I received a defective product. They are not quick to respond and I'm still waiting on a product I ordered a month ago. I will not be ordering from them again.

Wow! that is a very professional response! I told the truth and didn't want anyone else to have to go through this. Your response if very telling. This is how they treat their customers.

The two products I received were wonderful and David was so helpful in helping me. I would definitely recommend these products and the Organic Skin Care company for skin care.

This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint for a business in my entire life, but I cannot reiterate enough how much I do not recommend you purchase anything from this site. I made a very basic order of a few items and received the wrong product and an incomplete order. Not to mention, it took several weeks for him to even ship the incorrect order out. Bordering on the third week of not having received my products nor any confirmation that they had been shipped, I inquired if he had shipped them. He then said he would do so (no affirmation as to when that would be, whatsoever). Having been several weeks since my order, I asked if he would be able to ship them overnight as I was completely out of skincare. He rudely responded that he would if I paid for it…flabbergasted, I said ok I will just wait then. After finally receiving the package, I kindly let him know that it was missing products and that he had sent me the wrong item for one of the products I had ordered. He then gaslit me and said I actually ordered the product that he sent, and that the product I believed to be the one I ordered was not even sold on his site. After sending him a screenshot of his own site, which quite literally showed the product that I know I ordered, and the receipt, which also showed I had indeed ordered that very product, he agreed, after WEEKS, to exchange my product and sent me the remaining product that he had shorted me. Yet, I still do not have the correct product nor the missing products—an entire month later. Just to get him to a point of agreeing to resolve my issue took a month of back and forth, in which he repeatedly made ambiguous statements about whether or not he was intending to correct either issue, and here we are now, a month later—with neither issue resolved. It is beyond me as to how or why (truly, why?) this man went to such great lengths in avoidance of doing his own job, but he did. And I now feel the need to post this such that the rest of you just go somewhere else for your skincare needs. For your own mental sanity.

Emailed customer service twice and no response. I need help with my order but no one is responding. Not sure how that is good business. I just won’t order again

I never got my order and have been contacting you almost every day with no response. I will not use this company again.

Had Amazon take care of payment, so shipping address was changed at the last moment. Contacted admin and was told that it would be taken care of. Just received shipping confirmation AND it is being sent to the wrong address anyway. Very annoyed.

Upon purchase, I got an email saying that I'd get tracking information in 72 hours. One week after that email, my purchase was still processing. I finally got a tracking number, and it will be a little over 2 weeks before it's delivered. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I can handle waiting 2 weeks, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Just be honest and stop the 72 hour nonsense.

Wonderful products, excellent service and easy to navigate website

Still waiting on my order 32289, tracking status just shows as delayed. Customer service have been appalling, can’t give me any further info regarding the delay or even advise how much longer it will take and I am finding it very difficult to get an answer from them.

Edit: after several emails, a new order was dispatched. I do rate their products but unable to give 5* due to the initial difficulty with customer service/courier. After numerous emails I did eventually get through to someone who assisted, persistence is key! Would be really helpful if they offered another method of contact for international customers.

I have emailed twice. You do not respond. Products delivered without notice to hot mailbox in 105 degree temps. Samples were melted. Products so hot they had to be refrigerated.
