My wife and I traveled internationally in May. After my wife realized she’d booked the flights with her married name, which differed from her maiden name on her passport, we contacted this fraudulent company to change it. We were charged $579. We paid it to be sure no issues. Then, learned they’d changed nothing. We were only able ti travel as my wife had documentation to prove the name change. OrgMyTrip stole our $.

Bruce, an Air Canada rep. for "organize my trip", helped me to no end. I became completely flustered when trying to book a flight for my sister and her granddaughter in order for them visit me. This man was patient, had an excellent tone at all times which permeated with understanding and kindness.

Rina was knowledgable, professional, and patient with me as she explained the options to me about the various flight options. We eventually came to an agreement which was satisfactory to me and our flight information was completed in a gracious manner.

Kam was very helpful and friendly. Very much appreciated his hard work finding me a flight on short notice after mine was delayed and missed.

It was my understanding Charlotte was to contact me with the seat numbers for our flight. I did not receive any contact information to date and our flight leaves on 5/17. I contacted Air Canada today and find I cannot get seat assigned until we arrive at airport. Very frustrating. This is our first experience with Air Canada.

Jerry was very helpful for my family and me during a very difficult time.

I felt that Bruce did pretty well at arranging my transportation to/from London for my trip in July-August this year. Unfortunately, an email link was sent to me to confirm the cost and details for my trip. I replied I agreed. Then another email was sent asking me to agree with different charges and I did not agree as I had already agreed for my credit card to be billed from the previous email. This led to calls to my credit card company and calls with Bruce's supervisor. The issues was resolved.

I was able to understand her and she answered my questions where as the other agents didn't not know what they were doing and they all gave me different information that did not agree with each other.

Stella was very professional and very friendly.

Caroline was attentive and patient handling our refund request, and made a great effort to ensure she communicated everything to us very clearly.

Mike was with the British Airways desk and helped me choose my seat selection on our flights. I was charged and awaiting for email/confirmation seat selection. He gave me his personal number if I have a problem. Thank you Mike
