Estoy muy contenta con toda la gama de productos: champús, mascarillas, sprays, cremas y lociones para hidratar, definir rizos y reforzar el cabello. Todos me han funcionado de maravilla.
Siempre he tenido muchos problemas con marcas de cosmética porque suelo desarrollar reacciones con facilidad. Sin embargo, con Oribe no me ocurre. Es la única marca capilar que tolero perfectamente.
Además, tras pasar por problemas de salud importantes que debilitan mucho el cabello y provocan caída, he conseguido mantenerlo fuerte, brillante y con buen aspecto.
La calidad es indiscutible. Como punto menos positivo, el precio es alto y supone un esfuerzo. Aun así, en mi caso compensa.
I ordered directly from Oribe’s website and my package was returned claiming that “such number did not exist,” even though the address was correct.
When I contacted customer service, the representative did nothing beyond repeatedly apologizing and told me I would need to wait for a refund and place a new order myself.
No alternative solutions were offered — not even the option for them to recreate the order on their end or assist with a replacement shipment.
For a luxury brand, I expected proactive customer service and real problem-solving, not just apologies and inconvenience passed back to the customer.
This experience did not reflect the premium service Oribe is known for.
They do not stand behind their products. My $50 mousse turned to liquid and bc the stamp on the bottom has no date, they will do nothing to help. I went back and forth with support and they asked for photos. I sent them videos and photos so they could warn manufacturing of the batch "issue" . They didn't even offer a discount for my help. I own at least 7 different bottles of product from them, which I love. I will no longer support a company that doesn't respect my time, or care if their product fails.
Their products are hands down the best. I buy them in person so I haven’t had to deal with customer service or returns. The gold lust line is incredible. I have extensions and it works perfectly and leaves my hair shiny, tangle free, moisturized, and smelling amazing. Their scalp treatment is the best, I put it in when my scalp itches in our dry weather and you wake up with hair that looks clean. Pricey but worth it.
Wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing, product reviews elsewhete were good. Originally I thought I could pay by Klarna, so although over priced I needed to treat myself. I emailed and asked about Klarna, no reply (I already purchased product). Emailed again asking if I could return, no reply. Needless to say I'm hanging by a thread until pay day. Definitely won't be purchasing again.
If you'd asked me a year ago, I would say the Oribe moisturising cream is amazing albeit a bit pricy. In the space of 12 months, they've not only increased their prices TWICE, but they've reduced it from 150 ml to 145ml on the downlow as if their profit margins aren't sky high. At $82, it's now extremely over-priced and my opinion of the brand is in the bin. Wouldn't repurchase again.
I placed two separate orders. One arrived fine. The other did not. I contacted Oribe about sending it back so I can have it replaced and they completely ignored me after countless emails. I have a speech disorder so it is time consuming and uncomfortable for me to make phone calls which is the only reason I have not called. I have emailed over 5 times. I just really can’t believe how they have been blatantly ignoring every single email I have sent them. I am offended and I feel completely disrespected and belittled. How can a company ignore a customer after receiving a faulty item? Very unprofessional company and I will share my experience on every platform I discover. I am very saddened about this experience. Very tacky to do this to a customer over one product.
If you have an issue with an order do not expect a reply. Their items are high end priced yet their behavior is the total opposite.
Expensive and worth it, at a salon the owner mentioned how good my hair smelled.
My original order took two weeks before I found out it was returned to sender. I contacted Customer Support and they actually got back to me quickly to let me know this and asked if I wanted a refund or the product. I informed them to refund my money as I purchased product elsewhere. Amazing I received the product without 3 days and no refund. I asked for a return label, since I should not have to pay to return the items and now they won’t return my emails. Go figure.
