Teacher Nicolas was engaging and had a great sense of humour.

Nic is fantastic, made a boring topic much more interesting

Our trainer Chris F. was great. Very knowledgable & easy to understand. I did the online version. Good small class size of 6. Make sure you're able to use the web browser version of Microsoft Teams. I tested my camera with the app version prior but it wouldn't work with the web version. They ended up managing to accomodate me with the app. I recommend downloading the Powerpoint presentation in advance for reference but you'll still need to take detailed notes as well.

Nic is a fantastic trainer, made it very enjoyable & a great sense of humour
