I sent the wrong return part to carparts.com via Amazon. I've tried to get them to return it. But a month later..nothing. They did send me a shipping label for the correct part to be returned but that's only a half step($30 dollar part) The part they got is worth $150.00(my error)The part arrived in Las Vegas, according to UPS tracking number and it appears that it was delivered to carparts.com, aka, GIANT Auto Parts!(?) I've tried calling them but the nuomber is for placing an order, not for resolving issues.
What's even more embarrassing is the part (a back up camera) belonged to a friend of mine. I was returnig it for her,as a favor.

Placed an order over a month ago, after several reminders still no parts received nor have I received any response from them. Looks like a scam to me or at a minimum a very badly run company.

Placed an order and was pending from my bank account. A few days or so I notice the funds are not pending anymore.
It’s now been a full week and I’ve no communications from this company at all about the state of the order

I ordered a BMW part and received an order confirmation, but from then nothing happened. I contacted the support quite a few times, but didn't receive any answer. Today I received an text message which told me that my order was cancelled. After nearly two months of waiting!! Horrible support and horrible shop!

Ordered from uk, be aware that shipping policy does state items may be subject to vat and import taxes. This was in the small print in a separate link and was not made clear anywhere at checkout. Also flat rate delivery costs of £49 to uk for a 5kg parcel is unreasonable. An item costing £249 advertised cost me £375 in the end. Had I known of the total costs I would not have purchased from them, Very unhappy.
