Remaining checks but expired, cant buy new check/input new code!!!

Still have remaining checks in account but expired, cant buy new check/input new code as the balance checks still there!!!(cant even zerorized the balance or extend the expiry)...what kind of bugs is this?

The problem you encountered was related to a timezone mismatch (our system runs on UTC), which could cause checks to appear expired depending on local time. I bought 10 checks 3 disappeared, no history, no explanations

I bought 10 checks.
But I checked only 7 files and now its showing 0 checks left.

Wondering how I got short of 3, because there was no indication of failed submission

and the worst is that submission history was deleted to just 1 submission showing

No contact no support

Almost tempted to call it a fraudulent stuff
