First time orders from a new source are always a bit risky, but your ordering process was easy and straightforward. Communications about shipping and delivery were clear and direct. My order actually arrived earlier than expected and in prefect condition. And the piece itself was everything I hoped it would be. All in all an excellent experience!

The Original Memorabilia Company are a great bunch of people to deal with. Their products are of superb quality and offer an interesting alternative to other memorabilia currently available.
The prints always arrive quickly and well packaged, with accompanying certificates of provence required by any serious collector. I highly recommend them and will continue to look out for new pieces.

BEWARE! SCAM!!
BEWARE!! SCAM!! Paid £171 for an Icon Boy George in April 2025. Still have not received poster/painting. Contacted them through website without response. This whole website is a SCAM!

We left a review back in May with a 1 star rating and we received a call from Peter and he couldn’t do enough to sort our problem out he was amazing and we now have a beautiful print after amazing customer service if we could we would give 10 stars but they only go to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service!
For the price of the items , the service is TERRIBLE.
Took nearly 2 weeks for delivery of my item.
Made purchase on 04/06/26 was not delivered until 19/06/26!
Missed the birthday I had purchased it for.
I would not recommend this vendor.

Delivery Drama
The Royal Mail were making a drama with my delivery, not even to the correct town.
Product was returned to supplier.
Contacted the company, and had wonderful support from Amy until my package was delivered.
Parcel was packaged very well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

The online experience was good, a small quality issue
The online experience was good. I received the signed poster within a reasonable time (shipping to the states); that went very well. The only issue I have (and the reason for only 4 stars) is that there is a faint line that is in the lower right hand corner of the print, which detracts somewhat from the overall appearance. Not sure what it is from, and I'm wondering if it has shown up in other prints.

Good company to work with selling fantastic products! Shipping was fast even to the U.S. I would love to purchase more items from them but I need more walls in my house to hang it!
