Still haven't received my order from 13/11/22, even though I have been asked to place a review. I have contacted customer services twice now and still haven't received a reply. Not impressed!

Replacement delivery
Had difficulties in receiving the first order, due to Royal Mail but the company did arrange for a replacement. Product looked good, smell wasn't to my taste but that is personal preference I guess!

We are truly sorry and surprised to learn that you have not yet received your order. We have emailed you privately and will contact Royal Mail to trace your package. We can confirm that your order was placed at the very end of August and despatched on 1st September. According to our records, a despatch email was sent out and an automated email was also sent in anticipation that the item would have been delivered and requesting a review. We are sorry if this has caused some confusion. With regards to your emails 'bouncing back', we can confirm that we are receiving emails as usual and from our cusotmers and do not understand why we have not received yours. We will have to look into this matter.

The products were nice but the packaging poor.Something had leaked inside the presentation bag so I could give it as a gift & had to go & buy something else.

Loved my products and the attention to detail on delivery! My son really enjoys his room spray and the little face sponges. I loved the black pepper lip balm - smell and consistency is just perfect! Still two creams to open up :) can't wait to try it out.

First order
I ordered a breathable nail varnish in Peony Blush for a friend's birthday in March. The colour is just as the illustration online. It arrived in good time & was attractively packaged. I have to wait now to see what my friend thinks of it, I'm sure she will love the colour and the concept of it being breathable.

A traditional good company.
I hope you'll still remain in same professional status and treating all your customers the same manner you had had treated my order.
It is very important seller to keep in human touch with the customer. You know it and I've seen it that through your actions from my order. Something which is missing in big corporations like Amazon is a human touch and connection.
I am wishing you good fortune in the very difficult times to come.
A small advice: Every company, small or big, is a constallation of employees and not just a brand.
You may find good idea to use in your messages the name of your current employee rather than using your brand.

This purchase is a great disappointment to
me. There was hardly any smell to the candle. It lasted two evenings probably about 8 hours, as it was small that's probably fair enough but I have a small house so it's not difficult for the fragrance to fill the house but no, none at all. I have bought 2 more as presents but don't feel
I can give them now.

We are happy for you to return the products and provide you with a refund. We will contact you via email. With regards to the face mask, you only need to add a little water to the mask so it is a paste consistency and not runny and bearing in mind that it is a small sample.
