Still haven't received my order from 13/11/22, even though I have been asked to place a review. I have contacted customer services twice now and still haven't received a reply. Not impressed!

As a business we have a legitimate interest to ask feedback from our customers about our service and products to allow us to grow and improve. Trustpilot is a reputable platform for impartial reviews of service and that's why we use them. You would have received only a reminder email from Trustpilot after the initial request for the review and one email from ourselves on customer satisfaction.

There were some shipping issues
There were some shipping issues, but their customer service was very responsive so I would say they're an overall good company to shop with.
