Mala experiencia en kiosco Oro Gold en Perisur CDMX Al no comprar, la vendedora cambió su actitud y fue grosera, haciéndome sentir incómoda. Pésimo trato al cliente, además que utilizan marketing inflado, precios de 58 mil pesos pero por ser un día de “suerte” baja a 22 mil sus aparatos que venden para la cara, lo mismo con las cremas

Beware of Sani in the Cozumel store. He and his fiance are very crafty. He tried to get me to buy a collagen making wand for over $8,000. He came down 10%, then down more, then more until he was willing to sell it for $1,800. Would have been a nice profit had I bit. As soon as I said it was a definite NO, his attitude changed. I asked for his card. He printed a register receipt with his name SANI on it? He showed me the item on Amazon for over $10,000 but I looked on Amazon and it wasn't there so he faked the page. He told me he works directly for the owner who is a friend of his Uncles. Orogold told me all stores are independent, they only sell on line. Oddly, I did buy 2 tubes of something for $200. They charged me $48 tax on $200? Later I looked up that product on Orogold's website and it sells for $1,300 a tube. How does that make sense. I tried to look at the expiration date but it's covered up. Oregold needs to stop him. Does Cozumel charge 24% sales tax?

Miren, me senti mal por algo que NO tiene que ver con ustedes, repito que NO tiene que ver con ustedes, es algo aparte de ustedes, una casualidad aparentemente sin importancia pero que me recordó un evento traumatico que me sucedió hace 2 años y medio... fui víctima de abuso sexual, y lo he trabajado en terapia y ya casi nunca siento regresiones psicológicas, pero cuando las siento siento mucho dolor espiritual

Cuando estoy bien puedo manejar las situaciones de manera fluida y natural, pero cuando tengo una regresión suelo sentirme torpe y con dolor espiritual, y luego suelo decir verdades y alejarme PARA SIEMPRE

Y su verdad es que, al final, después del tratamiento facial, el vendedor y vendedora que me presentaron la oferta de membresia para mas tratamientos faciales fueron MUY insistentes y NO me gusta que me insistan, yo jamas he insistido a nadie y no me gusta que me insistan

Y como tuve una regresión psicológica hoy, despues de mucho tiempo de no haber tenido regresiones de ese tipo que, repito, fue por una circunstancia que no tiene que ver con ustedes, pero estando yo sintiendome mal debido a ello y luego ustedes (el vendedor y la vendedora) me insistieron haré lo que hacía antes cuando tenia más regresiones, alejarme de ustedes PARA SIEMPRE...

Mi desicion final es NO regresar a orogold, bloquearlos de mi WhatsApp y tal vez no regresar a plaza oasis

Ustedes no tienen la culpa, pero tengo todo el derecho a no regresar y a no estar con quien no quiera estar

Entré en la tienda física de Barcelona en el Passeig de Gràcia a finales de agosto de porque en la entrada me dijeron que me enseñarían algunos productos de manera gratuita. La primera persona que me atendió fue muy correcta. Le compré un producto, pero cuando ya lo había pagado y me lo estaba envolviendo para llevar, apareció otra persona. Se trataba de una mujer de unos 50 años de origen cubano (creo) que me dijo que probaríamos un aparato Perfectio zero gravity para las arrugas y la flacidez facial. No me interesaba demasiado el producto y no estaba demasiado dispuesta a gastarme lo que valía. A pesar de decir que no me interesaba el producto y que no quería gastarme tanto en algo que probablemente no iba a utilizar, ella insistió e insistió hasta la saciedad, mientras la primera persona retenía el primer producto que yo compré de tal forma que no podía marcharme. Al final su insistencia venció mi resistencia, pero me marché de la tienda pensando que había sucumbido a una práctica comercial muy agresiva. Creo que si el cliente duda tanto no hay que forzarlo aunque se pierda una venta. Porque un cliente descontento no vuelve, pero un cliente contento puede volver otro día. Efectivamente, casi no uso el producto, lamento enormemente haber gastado tanto dinero y no volveré a comprar jamás un artículo de Orogold. Sé que yo tenía que haberme mantenido más firme y repetir 100 veces que no, en vez de las cincuenta que dije no. Ahora bien, las técnicas comerciales que solo persiguen el lucro son deshonestas.

Amazing experience

I was enticed to have a free facial.The agent gave me folder to read reviews of the product from celebrities. When i told the fellow I would not be buying their product as I was a pensioner and could not afford the products, he became very cross and ceased the facial. More fool me I did buy one cheapish product and was forever and a day removing myself from their database. I still have some product ( serum) which is OK. I haven’t been bothered by them for 18months.

Thanks to Oro Gold products I really see results improved in my skin.
The creams feel luxurious, and the mask leaves my skin soft and glowing after each use.. yes they are good prices but also La mer and La prairie because it’s quality products.
And the eye treatment removes all my baggy eyes it’s takes a bit of time but it works!

CARISISISISIMOS....y lo peor que NO HAY BUENOS RESULTADOS, DESPUES DE UN USO CONSTANTE DE MAS DE UN AÑO Y UNA INVERSIÓN MAYOR A LOS 200MIL PESOS mi piel, contorno de ojos, cuello y elasticidad de mandíbula, han empeorado, ni siquiera se han conservado pese a las muchas horas en su cabina de faciales 2 veces al mes.

Pongo este comentario porque ya es la 2ª vez que me paro, después de muchas veces desde mi 1ª vez, y pienso lo mismo que muchos. La chica no maleducada pero sí prepotente y un poquito grosera. Además fui tonta al poner el comentario que me "obligó" a poner de ella. Lo pongo entre comillas porque si no hubiera querido no lo escribo, pero en ese momento que solo quería irme (ya 2 y no más), pues lo hice y me arrepentí al momento de poner una valoración que no sentía. Por eso, cómo ya no tengo el QR dónde escribí mi valoración lo modifico aquí.
