Bought a down jacket close to $200. Ripped within a couple of months. Customer service said it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Don’t waste your time or money.

They could have just followed the company policy but were willing to hear out what I had to say. This was exceptional service. Most customer service representatives lack the human element. Absolute wonderful experience despite having the wrong size and returning it!!! Most certainly coming back to ororo and buying again.

Kelsey is a star on the customer service team. They addressed my issue quickly (battery). They tried troubleshooting with me, but when that didn’t correct it, they sent a replacement right away.

I needed help as my heated vest wouldn't stay powered due to a defective battery. Customer service agents were extremely helpful and efficient in exchanging the defective battery and now my vest is working like it's brand new.
I have two different styles of the vest - one with down feathers for colder hikes and another for work that's thinner and keeps me mobile (transport RN). I recommend Ororo to everyone who asks about my heated vests! Solid brand.

I absolutely love my heated vest. It’s comfortable, cut well and stylish. I purchased this specifically because it has the heated collar and pockets. The battery doesn’t last as long as I would like, even on medium, so I purchased a second one. That worked out well, because it balances the weight of the first battery when I keep it in the opposite pocket. I originally bought a small, but because of “the girls”, I had to size up. I’m 5’, 110lbs.

I absolutely love the coat, and my pants and my vests,, I wear them year-round at work in the ice rink and I'm a walking ad advertisement for Ororo

I purchased the Ororo product $3.5 value for last 3 years. The products have excellent quality. None of the products have failed the performance for last 3 years. I sent $2k products to my families for the gifts. They are happy to wear every day. I wear the Ororo every night.

The customer service representative was extremely pleasant, very responsive, and provided exceptional service in replacing a faulty vest (shipped from the factory with a missing connector). Would highly recommend Ororo's heated apparel and their customer service is outstanding!

Great quick service from start to replacement product.

I ordered a vest for my wife on 12/13/24 and she absolutely loved it. In February of 2026 it stopped working. Contacted customer service to see if I could get the best repaired, we worked through several troubleshooting issues but resulted in sending the vest back. We received a brand new vest, did have to pay for the return shipping but very happy with how the process went. Also they followed up to make sure it was received and working as intended. Thank you Aven in Customer Service, I will be continuing customer in the future!!

I received an Ororo heated vest for Christmas and I loved it! After a couple months of regular use I noticed a loose connection in the wiring. I contacted customer service and they quickly issued a shipping label to return my vest, and as soon as it was shipped they sent me a replacement. I know others with Ororo heated products and none of them have had any issues. I honestly think mine was just a fluke. But the superior customer service and dedication to providing a quality product has me sold. I’ll definitely be investing in more Ororo products.
