Hi Samantha,

This review is not related to Orphilia or any product sold by us.

Orphilia does not sell cat and pumpkin yard decorations, Halloween decorations, or any physical products whatsoever. We have never offered the $40 item described in this review.

Please verify the company you actually purchased from before posting a review on a business’s profile. Reviews about unrelated companies can mislead potential customers and unfairly affect a business’s reputation.

We ask that you remove this review and post it on the correct company’s Trustpilot page.

If you genuinely believe you purchased this product from Orphilia, please provide your Orphilia order number or contact our support team so we can verify the purchase.

Hi,

We believe this review may have been posted on the wrong company profile. Orphilia does not sell solar-powered witches or any physical products of this kind, and we have no record of offering the $59.99 product mentioned in your review.

We completely understand your concern, but the product and email correspondence described here do not appear to be related to Orphilia.

Could you please double-check the company you intended to review? If this was posted here by mistake, we would greatly appreciate it if you could remove the review and post it on the correct company's Trustpilot page.

Thank you!

Hi Ricardo,

You're correct that Spotify does not officially sell a lifetime Premium subscription. However, that's not what our service provides.

With Orphilia, “Lifetime” refers to the ORPH key you purchase. The key is reusable for life. If Premium is ever removed from your account, you can use the same key through our Renew process and re-apply the upgrade at no additional charge under the terms of your purchase.

We understand how the term “Lifetime” could cause confusion, which is why we explain how it works in our FAQ.

If you purchased a key and experienced an issue with the service, please contact our support team with your order details and we'll be happy to look into it.
