I love the ORTC products
I love the ORTC products. They're easy wearing, beautiful fits and such high quality! My boyfriend and I both wear their clothes and they are honestly our go-to when we need a any wardrobe freshen ups!

Charge $20 to refund clothing. Crazy. Material not as nice as it looks online.

Hope you are well. We actually don't charge customers $20 to refund items. Our returns portal will charge customers 100% of the return label fee for refunds which is what this will relate to.
In future you are more than welcome to send this back using your own courier and the fee is waived.

Warning: this is a scam site! They promise an international return service that doesn’t exist; I had to pay exorbitant return shipping fees myself (€39). No customer service, no help, and no transparency. I strongly advise against using this site!

Poor quality
Poor quality. Had to pay £85 to return poor quality items. Never received refund after chasing multiple times for the clothes returned and refused to contribute to return cost despite admitting it was a fault with their returns system. Emails often ignored and no solutions have been made

Quality was good but returns process unreasonable
Quality was good, but sizing was way off. I ordered two tops, both items were the same size, yet one was way too big and the other one too tight. I can understand the fee for a return label, but the restocking fee is unreasonable and leaves me hesitant about purchasing from ORTC again, especially given the huge discrepancy in sizing and an inability to determine this when purchasing online.

No ability to return
Quality of product is ok, but there’s no ability to return products, don’t buy from this company - return portal hasn’t worked for at least three weeks.
I have emailed and used the chat help function on the website, but never had any response.
