Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Brought some Black/Gold D3s 25th anniversary rerealeases. This colour way has a metal tag on both tongues, that dug so badly into my legs they were still marked the day after. I wrote to Osiris to ask for advise as the shoes fit well otherwise and I love the look of them.
I was first accused of wearing them wrong, then I was accused of them being cheap fakes (brought from UKs largest skate shop), then I was told repeatedly that I am the only person in the world who has an issue and then I was told the moment the hurt me I should have taken them off.
Who goes leaves home with a spare pair of shows everyday?
Zero compassion, zero resolution
Will not be buying Osiris again as I'm not supporting a business who's so up their own bums they can't even have compassion for someone who's been hurt by their product.

Although the product is attractive, be very careful because its quality is not good at all and it can damage your children's feet. It happened to my daughter and I contacted them to see how to proceed... it had caused her a bunion and several abrasions... and they didn't even respond or apologize. Be very careful, DO NOT buy this product.

Es gibt kein Impressum und keine AGB und unter Versand und Preise steht nur kauderwelsch.

Zahlung nur per Kreditkarte..

Wer drauf reinfällt hat Pech und das Geld ist weg.
