Thank you for your review, Poireau. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve described.

After reviewing this, we believe this review may have been posted for the wrong business. We have not released jackets in nearly two years, and our website has been locked while we prepare for an upcoming drop. During this time, we have not been accepting or processing orders of any kind.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you’re able to get this resolved quickly.

We would like to clarify that Oslo Clothing has never changed its name and has always operated solely under the Oslo Clothing brand since our launch. We are not affiliated with any business called “Velori,” nor have we ever traded under that name. Therefore, we believe this review may have been intended for a different company.

We’d like to clarify that Oslo Clothing has never released a product called “linen Massimo trousers,” nor have we offered trousers under that name or description. Because of this, we believe this review may have been intended for a different retailer.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive an item that doesn’t match expectations in fabric, fit, or quality. However, as this product does not exist within our catalogue, we’re unable to locate or verify this purchase on our end.
