Producto adecuado y de calidad

Es un buen producto
El producto es lo ofertado comodo y efectivo no lleva todas las estrellas por el retraso del transporte

Sobre todo lo que no funciona es el servicio de paquetería, encima que se paga el envío tardan más de una semana en la entrega

Me pareció muy costosa la faja para natación, siendo un pedacito de licra que tampoco se sujeta bien , 38 euros muy caro para lo que es

Porque es la " faja" que necesitaba para sujeción de la bolsa para la ileostomía

Update number 2.
After much backwards and forwards conversations with Ostocare, the problem is their supplier apparently. They tell me they can supply a thigh sleeve with a 3 strip gripper but it will be a special order and will cost me more. After quite a lot of research on my side, I have found a local seamstress who will happily add the 3 strip tape to any sleeve I care to buy. It looks like any further purchases will be far less than the 54.99€ from Ostocare. Their loss.

Update on my second and third purchase.
My second purchase was fine for the 2 months I used it, it was a calf bag to wear under long trousers and was fine at the time.
I then purchased a second thigh bag which was fine for 2 monthe and it then started slipping down, something the first bag still doesnt do after nearly 18 months. On checking it over I found that the grip strip at top and bottom now had only 2 silicone strips, not the three the first one had. I also checked the second bag and it was the same. They had obviously been on a cost cutting exercise. Unfortunately the bags are not going to last any longer than the much cheaper ones on the market. This makes them extremely expensive now and not fit for purpose. I have contacted Ostocare direct with no response.

This was my second purchase from Ostocare. I am still using the thigh bag daily, although, after 14 months it's get a little tired now. Obviously great quality, hence the second purchase and soon to be a third.

Los productos son de muy buena calidad un poco caros pero merece la pena y el envío muy rapido

Buen producto (buenas braguitas para cesárea). La talla es correcta siguiendo las indicaciones de la web. El transporte también fue bueno: no recuerdo que me dieran opción a punto de recogida, pero no me hizo falta porque era un paquete fino que cupo en el buzón. No necesité contactar con la tienda.

Pedido según lo solicitado, en tiempo breve y en buenas condiciones.

excellent produit à prix correct que je conseille à mes patient(e)s ayant une ostéoporose fémorale et pratiquant une activité à Risque (vélo, ski, patinage...) ou aux chuteurs-chuteuses fréquents dont les Parkinson et Ataxies (Dr XXX ostéoporose depuis 40 ans)

Es muy positivo el producto que he solicitado y me habéis enviado. Pero no me ha gustado que no contestárais a nada de mis inquietudes e incluso que no dijerais nada de la información que os solicitaba del nuevo producto que vendéis. Eso me ha decepcionado un poco. Pero lo que me habéis vendido bien. Está muy bien. Ya lo he pagado y punto.

Lamento con fecha de hoy 05/05/26, mantener una valoración tan baja. El nuevo bañador, aunque mejor que el anterior que solo duro con calidad 15 días, transcurrido 1 mes y una semana ha comenzado a deteroriorarse la tela (por WhatsApp les envío fotos que lo acreditan).
