Appalling
Appalling. 2 week delay after pharmacy2u passed over prescription to them without informing me. Then asked for payment over phone only… but no one ever answers the phone…
Don’t use this service
Don’t use this service. My P2U prescription went to them for some blood sugar sensors and heard nothing from them for weeks. Tried to contact customer service, never got a replied. Terrible service.

⁸My surgery forwarded a prescription to Pharmacy 2U on 25 Jun 26 for an aid to help me get prescription compression socks on, having been told I need to wear these everyday. On the 7 Jul, I contacted Pharmacy 2U and was told the prescription for the aid had been forwarded to a contractor they use called Ostomed for action and that Pharmacy 2U would send them an email to find out what was happening. Having heard nothing, I contacted Pharmacy 2U Customer Services this morning and was told there had been no response from Ostomed to the email. I was given Ostomed Customer Services phone number so I could contact them direct, and despite holding on for 30 minutes there was no response. So, I sent them a lengthy email detailing the facts and asking for a response. Not sure if it went through or not. I tapped on submit and ended up having to verify the email by selecting pictures with bridges in them! After a few negative attempts. I gave up. I then read through previous reviews on Ostomed and quite frankly was shocked!! A lot of people with serious medical issues complaining. So, I called Pharmacy 2U back this afternoon to get my prescription returned so I can go elsewhere to get the aid I need. I had purchased a sock donner previously, but found it very difficult to use given my age and existing medical issues. So my surgery thought this aid would be beneficial. Anyway, Pharmacy 2U have informed me they will send Ostomed a red flag email asking they release this prescription. We have agreed a 48 hour period (3 weeks since the prescription went off) to this Thursday, to see if there is any positive response. Failing that the prescription for the aid comes back to my surgery and I will get the aid through another Pharmacy. I will also contact my MP about this extremely poor service. I should mention that Pharmacy 2U informed me THAT I CAN REQUEST, which I did, that no future prescriptions be sent to Ostomed for action and that Pharmacy 2U would sort these prescriptions out.
DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!!
GP sent a request for some insulin needles so I can take my mounjaro injection. I have not had anything turn up. It's been 3 weeks! Pharmacy2U palmed me off to Ostomed, I have emailed them twice and been on hold on the phone with no answer for nearly an hour!
I don't know what to do now. Disgraceful!!

I am so disappointed in my recent Ostomed experience. They have always been really prompt with sending out my prescriptions previously, but I have been waiting for my Libre sensors for almost two weeks now. Tried emailing twice, 45 mins trying to get through twice with no response either time on their customer support number 01253 370900. Any ideas what to try next??

Very poor service from Ostomed and Pharmacy2u
Very poor. I'd give them zero star if possible. No answers to email, no picking up the phone for calls. I can be on the line for 1hr and no one responds. I don't get much help out if Pharmacy2u who repeat the statement 'we've sent it to Ostomed'. They don't offer much help in resolving the issue. Now git to go to doctors and get a repeat. Poor, poor, poor.
This company deserves NO star rating
If I could leave a no star review that would be more accurate than one star . This company has let me down by not sending medication and not contacting me when - if - I will receive them . Such a pain that Pharmacy4U is using this company . I dont know where I am now since I Pharmacy 4U cannot cancel the RX . I am now trying to explain to my GP what as happened - Pharmacy4U can see that OSTEMED have not sent out my meds even though they have had my approved RX for weeks .
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish! I have been chasing non-receipt of a prescription from 22nd June. I have mailed several times and tried to call. No response to any email and no answer on the phone. Abysmal!

It's insane that a specialist NHS provider can take people's prescriptions then not send the product and ignore contact.

My experience is the same as above. Pharmacy2u are supposed to be chasing them up but they’re supposed to be providing us with a trustworthy service. I’m going back to picking up my prescription at my local pharmacy.

I don’t know why this pharmacy promoted by Pharmacy 2U. Pharmacy 2U sent my prescription to Ostomed. Since then I lost my track of my prescription. Their phone doesn’t answer and if I ask them with emails, they don’t respond to my enquiry. Why NHS makes down the vulnerable patients who need to be received prescription without postal.

Terrible company! Did not receive my order so ordered again. Still not received it. 2 emails unanswered. Been on hold for over an hour to customer services and no reply. TWICE! Absolutely disgusting. I have type 1 diabetes and have not been able to access needles that I need for injecting insulin! I need this to live! Horrendous.

Horrendous! Order for medical supplies was subcontracted out to Ostomed who have just sat on it. They never answer the phone - you get cut off when you've been on hold for 15 mins - and their hold/callback is nonsense. When I contacted the company that I placed the original order from, they simply told me to email Ostomed with 'RED FLAG' in the title. This did nothing. It's a month since my order was handed over and no way to get hold of my prescription.

Life is hard enough without having to deal with this shambolic company..... avoid at all costs. Pharmacy 2u passed my prescription to these clowns so I hold them equally responsible.

Don't answer the phone, call back doesn't work. Take days or weeks to answer email enquiries. Only provided half of the prescription I paid for. Not answered my complaint email either. Avoid at all costs.
