Absolute garbage .
Unfortunately I used Relay to send 2 vinted parcels.
Posted on 26 September. Still no delivery and tracking info is not fit for purpose.
If ypu want your parcels not yo be delivered on time then choose Relay.

I will be removing them from my delivery choices.
Good riddance to a bad service.

I have been waiting for 2 deliveries on orders the goods were despatched 2 weeks ago and still haven't been delivered this has got to be the worst delivery company ever, the goods have been despatched from UK addresses to delivery in another UK address and where needed for a function DO NOT USE

I paid for home delivery and had both an email and whatsapp message pressuring me to collect! WTF. Absolute joke.

Dear Relay,

I wanted to take this opportunity to mention to yourself that can you please ensure your driver does not leave parcels outside the front door and rush off. As far as I'm aware with all the parcel companies that I have had to deal with relay is one of the worst. There has been a number of time where parcels have been left in front of my front door with me not in my home - today it happened to my neighbour also who had her parcel left at her front door of her house.

You need to ensure that the drivers do not rush off until someone has actually opened the door. Or please change your rules and regulations where it tells the customer that whether we are home or not it will be left lying anywhere!

Also when it shows drivers 7mins away they dont turn up for another hour or 2 later !

an absolute rubbish company lost my vinted parcel that I was relying on for an important occasion . I’ve heard so many negative reviews . Such incompetence I’m surprised they can still operate
Nowhere that you can directly get in touch very frustrating and infuriating

I received an order today by a gentleman with an African accent, he was talking on the phone to a female about some woman he was interested in and just pushed the parcel towards me, no communication. The parcel had been opened partly from the top. When I started to inspect the parcel and looked at where obviously he had tried to open it and slide his hand in. He was half way down the driveway. He stopped and started to stare at me so I started staring at him at which point he walked off towards his car. Disgusting service I don’t know why retailers use this absolutely ridiculous joke of a company.

This is most useless company ever existed in this world. I have parcel from China, they came to home I was not there. They took back and I got the notification and immediately trying to get back to them. They don’t have number to talk and you fill the form and after 3 days they reply and say your parcel is being retuning to China. Like why you are taking back. This is so frustrating

An Item that was supposed to be from Amazon was delivered according to a photograph of a property that is not where I live or even one I recognise.
Impossible to reach this company to find out more.
The company must have an email address in order that customers can reach them.
Come on Trustpilot do something to this company in order to prevent them from providing non existent service. If I could leave 'no stars' I would

Worst company! Incompetent and DUMB delivery people who delivered my parcel to the WRONG building and took a picture of the list of flat numbers and my flat number wasnt even on there??? Basic comprehension is lost on these idiots. They're by far the worst delivery company and my parcel is now STOLEN! I think it's suspicious that so many people have the same experience of missing parcels. They are definitely stealing them after they take a picture to say it's been delivered! Mine was an asos delivery and I cannot choose the courier. Ive raised it with ASOS but they'll see the parcel was delivered.

My experience is much the same as other Vinted users are currently experiencing. 4 different packages, 4 different locations and drop off points in the UK and not one of them has arrived, or been updated. Customer service non-existent. Starting to think this is a sham company... Where are all the parcels?

One star is me being over generous to Relay. They have constantly lost my packages. They have lost all my packages in short except the ones I decided to pick up from pick up points. Once, my package was delivered into someone's front car seat (that was the delivery picture atrached by the delivery person. At this point, I am going to start boycotting merchants and companies that use them for their deliveries. I will not recommend them.

Terrible service. Out of four packages I have purchased via Vinted; first one took forever to deliver, second one was lost after courier pick up and third and fourth were both left ontop of my secure parcel box as opposed to in it, so everyone passing by could have stolen my packages. Terrible

Awful, Do Not Use, I Sell A lot On Vinted And Nearly Every Parcel Iv Sent With Relay Has Been Days Late Or Not Delivered At All
I No Longer Send Parcels With Relay And Don’t Give Buyer’s The Option
There Cheap For A Reason, Too Save Yourself And Your Buyers A Lot Of Hassle Avoid Relay

If I could give no stars I would. Quicker to import something from China via pigeon that have it delivered across the UK by Relay.

Numerous parcels gone missing, then suddenly returned to me.
Absolutely abysmal service.

This company is SO bad always late, never updated tracking. It’s giving Vinted a bad name. Look at all the bad reviews!

Shocking ! I ordered an item on Vinted it was posted very promptly using Relay .. and it's been sitting in their warehouse for almost 3 weeks. They have sent zero communication about the delay.

Wish I could give zero stars. I've been waiting for a parcel I got on Vinted for 4 weeks, no responses to any of my multiple contacts asking for an explanation. I've sold a parcel on Vinted and the tracking hasn't updated despite me getting a confirmation email and the tracking is looking a lot like they've messed that up too . . . TERRIBLE company, avoid at ALL costs.
