Worst company I've ever dealt with. Parcel returned apparently, still not received any collection information after 3 days and dozens of emails to their so called help centre. Emails ignored, closed or same repeated computer generated nonsense that no help at all. Third parcel in one week for the buyer returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dreadful service

Everyone knows how poor Evri are but guys these cowboys are on a completely different stratosphere of incompetence! Sent a parcel over 2 week ago now on vinted. Hasn't arrived. Can't seem to get any response from "customer service" absolutely categorically the single worst delivery firm going by a long long long way. Avoid at all costs!

Not even a 1star!! Decided the parcel was too big and now it’s disappeared! Criminal this company. Absolutely shocking they can get away with it ! Never again . Kids trying to make extra money selling there items on Vinted ! Absolutely fuming 😡

disgusting 1st parcel went to someone elses house, theni waited in all day friday as it said out for delivery 7.00am and 11.50am nothing then changed to 4pm and 8pm and then from 8.40plz to 10pm nothing and got message saying failed!!! im fuming as i have 3 seperate parcels coming withing next week plus that 1 and all by this crap company

Would give -1000 due to fact no contact no one get in contact delays with parcel loss of parcel this company shut down

Couldn’t be bothered to deliver to the correct house and proceeded to open our neighbours cupboard door. What a joke. If it wasn’t for our kind neighbour we would have lost the item

Bought a few things on vinted lately just got refunded on 1 after waiting a month as parcel was lost, now 2 more delayed, tracking not updating and is looking like those wont turn up now, have to wait nearly a month to get refunded if they dont turn up and obviously dont want to order the same thing as unsure if ill end up with two, wont be selecting relay when ordering as seem to be loosing more than they deliver, worst delivery company ever.

Would put 0 stars if possible. Every time I have purchased from relay they have not only delayed my order by weeks and weeks, but only informed me of the delays after my delivery window. If you’re going to market your business as following a delivery time period shorter than the rest just to bring customers in, you need to follow up on your word. Absolute joke of a company with zero accountability and ability to access support.

I tried to give this 0 stars but couldn’t. This is the very worst delivery service ever. Used them a few times with Vinted and each and every time the item never ever arrived at the destination!!!! No alert, just turned around. Soooo frustrating and you can never get hold of it. Back to inpost I go. Never ever again.

Absolute joke, no consequences for drivers stealing parcels from customers.

Extremely bad courier don’t come on the date given in the email. Keeps changing the delivery time and date no contact number and not reliable at all!

Abysmal. Delivery instructions specifically stated to deliver to the back door. Where did they leave the package? On my front doorstep, which is on-street.

What condition was my package in? I don't know, because it wasn't there when I got home.

What an absolute shocking delivery company
Used twice now on vinted and guess what both times parcels have been lost 🧐🧐🧐 is this just a coincidence or are they selling people’s parcels on again makes me wonder

Had a text at 7am today saying my parcel would be here between 10am-2pm and still haven’t had an update or received it. So I emailed them and they just keep telling me that it’s delayed and it will be here today and it’s now 6.43pm and I still haven’t received it. Never using this company again there awful.

This company are completely useless! Every single parcel I have attempted to receive from them has been dumped at a newsagent several miles from my home. They continually pressurise you into collecting as they are too lazy and unwilling to do what they are paid for and deliver parcels. I wonder why I bother ordering anything for home delivery when they clearly are not willing to do this, and only want to take the order to somewhere convenient for them!!
Same this afternoon, before I had notification the delivery was attempted and failed I had notification that the parcel was at the pick up point, so clearly the courier decided to not bother trying and left it there!
I have contacted the company I purchased from and I’ve told them I shall no longer be placing any orders whilst they use Relay-maybe the clue is in the name and part of the journey is the customers responsibility, home delivery is now a come and fetch service, Who knows? This company make Evri look efficient!
Utterly useless and not to be trusted to deliver parcels!!

It’s been a week since my item from Vinted was posted by the seller and the tracking has not been updated by Relay so I have no clue where it is. Just wish I’d never used Relay, not worth the risk.

The delivery had my label on it but on the reverse side was somebody else's label and it was their package. I have waited nearly 2 months from my refund and it hasn't come through yet

Despite reading a lot of negative comments I received a delivery today : perfect service from tracking to delivery with a very nice and polite courier . If this is their normal standards they fully deserve 5 *
