When I got the protoman jacket, it was too big. So I contacted the company and they were so nice that they shipped a smaller size at no cost to me. Now, it fits perfectly. A++ rating!

Order came fast despite it coming from
China and they said to order the next size up and it fit perfectly

Terrible.
Ordered a spider verse hoodie, was told it would arrive in 20-23 ish days.
Waited a month, got nothing.
Asked customer service, said they would issue a "free replacement" but I haven't gotten anything and have been ghosted.

DO Not Order from this place, even if you think they may send to you they DON'T they say their in California bbut from the time zone difference they are definitely in some part of Asia.
DON'T BUY. IT'S A SCAM.

Hoodie came and my fiance loves it. I just wish I could have tracked it because my mail carrier delivers my mail to the wrong address all the time.

I order two zipped down black history jackets. I do like them. The material is kind of thin and they will be used as late spring early summer jackets. No other problems.

This place is terrible they lie about their shipping times. Customer service will respond in days and say here is your tracking be patient. Really? I have my tracking. You are outside your deliver timeframe and don’t even offer to try to remedy your customers issues. Don’t do it. If this doesn’t get to me soon I might need to dispute the charges on my card.

As a plus-size person, it's often hard to find fandom-related clothing that is true to size, comfortable, and at a good price. Otakuplan meets all those needs. The material is soft, comfortable, and lightweight. The size is true to size and fits just right. The cost is excellent, the delivery and customer service are both right on poiny. Love Otakuplan and will be getting more T-shirts.

I have to say that my experience with Otakuplan was extremely satisfying. There was a problem with my order and not only were their responses quick and friendly, but they went above and beyond to make sure I received the best produc t and customer service. Thanks!

T-Shirts are more like a jersey with small dotted vertical lines. Looks blurry up close. When you ask to return them, they will offer you a 20% refund. If you say no to that they will ask you keep and they’ll reprint and send them again for 2/3 the cost of the original. Will not give me the international address to return the product.

Love everything I've ordered from here. Amazing designs, will make more purchases. If there's ever an issue with an order they will make it right!

The sweathirts came in a decent amount of time and I was sprised at how well they look. The artwork for a piece of clothing is emarkable !

We had an issue and customer service responded to our concern right away and corrected the issue with no hassle! The representative was knowledgeable and fast to respond. We even received a small gift! Would definitely recommend their products and service!

I would definitely order from Otakuplan again….great customer service! My son loved his shirt! They actually have a lot of cool items! I would definitely order from them again! Zach was the coolest…quick responses to questions and after not receiving my item, he resent it to me….

Just received my item. Honestly impressed with the attention to detail in the quality of the hoodie and feel of material. Well worth the price point and weight. Looks better in person then it does in the product listing.

My only suggestion as a room of improvement with this organization is the tracking process. The link you will eventually be sent will lead to a landing portal on otakuplan.com, with said number, but ultimately leave you with no other information, including status of even what carrier it's being processed through. I recognized this immediately upon receiving it and contacted their customer support e-mail upon which Zach was extremely helpful in providing information as to what carrier it was being processed through, and an extremely useful website called 17track.net which can track parcels through numerous logistics carriers world wide. This was especially useful as the item, and I'm assuming company, is based in China.

TLDR; impressed with item and quality. They're a real company that produces real merchandise. Only room for improvement is tracking implementation on the website. Good customer service.

The product that I bought was everything the company said it was. Printing and size was dead on. Under the current shipment problems it was still here in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

I got my shoes yesterday and they're not only beautiful but fantastically made! The shipping time was extremely accurate to the description and the customer service was speedy and kind. All in all a pleasant experience!
