I placed an order for 2 Mortal Kombat themed Fleece Jackets, I got them fairly quick after ordering them and the quality was absolutely beautiful. As I was waiting on the items I saw a lot of reviews calling this a scam site and I got worried, but seeing the items in person I can say with confidence this place is legit, and I highly recommend the jackets there.

My 17 year old grandson wanted these for Christmas. All though they didn't make by Christmas they made it before school started and that was fine happy young man..Zack always responded to my concerns. I will definetly rider again

Have never received our shirts. The tracking said they were delivered to a city about 4 hours away from us. Can't get them to issue a refund.

Our first order was lost by Post office. When I contacted company, Zach sent a replacement for free, and I received it by Christmas Eve. Great customer service and my husband loves his shirt.

You get what you pay for, of all the other reviews I've seen disregarding Otakuplan" as a scam, it is not. I am very satisfied with the products and will shop here again for my nerd needs =p.

I was admittedly nervous being the first buyer for the product on their website, but for anyone looking to buy from this website, I can attest to the quality of the sweater I purchased. I ordered a size US 2XL. I'd say the size is pretty true to the name, but I'm glad I ordered a size up, as now I can layer underneath. The arms may be short if you order your true size though, so you want to order up a size like I did (I usually take an XL or sometimes even a L if the cut is big enough).

It came in about 3 weeks, I believe. Bit of a wait, but this is very well made, not cheap, well worth the cost, so long as you don't mind waiting. Definitely passes the check for any true Assassin's Creed fans (like myself)!

Customer service was also fairly prompt in their response to me (within 24 hours).

Otakuplan's customer service was very responsive to my inquiry about a custom order. They got back to me right away and understood the concept; the final print turned out better than I imagined!

I have ordered from otakuplan over 35 t-shirts/hoodies across six orders spanning three years. These include my hero, one punch, death note, demon slayer, parasyte, and trigun. Every time I have received my product and been extremely pleased with it. Dealing with support(zach) has always been pleasant and he/they have addressed any concern I have brought to them. He even worked with me to rectify a pixelated hoodie I was unhappy with. They cleaned up the source material and when I received it it was much much cleaner. Mind you this is the ONLY garment I have ever had an issue with out of the 35+ I have ordered and they handled it with grace. I am proud to wear these designs/shirts/hoodies and will buy more in the future for sure. Shipping can take a bit sometimes but I know this information going into it now.. I simply place my order and know it will take a few weeks instead of getting antsy about it. THANK YOU OTAKUPLAN!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! DONT LISTEN TO ALL THESE IMPATIENT ENTITLED HATERS!!!

Great product, great fit. I'm 6'1" and a little muscular and the XL polo fit perfectly. They even threw in a Thor hammer keychain bottle opener. I would definitely buy from them again.

Do not buy from these flipping scam artists, I had to legally change my debit card because when I attempted to order something it said "YOU HAVE REACHED THE LIMIT/AMOUNT FOR THIS CARD/ACCOUNT PLEASE USE ANOTHER CARD" When I know for a flipping fact I had over 200 in my account (the order was only 60) and it was the first attempt at ordering something that wasn't on Wish, these people are flipping scam artists and I pray the Goddess Isis and the Goddess Hera send only bad things to them.

The Gift Was For My Wife's Birthday. September 9th. So I Was Nervous about arrival Date. Arrived August 07th. ***EXCELLENT***

I requested a custom design with a particular set of instructions. Since there was only one picture I could download and no where to add my instructions, I improvised and used the upper left corner of the picture to provide my instructions, then the rest of the .png file included my visual contribution to the design. The Otaku Plan team executed the custom instructions flawlessly and the end result is as AWESOME as I had envisioned it.

Buyer beware!!! You are dealing with a cheapo Chinese company. If you are OK dealing with the possibility of getting an inferior product, or one that doesn't fit, or losing your money, then proceed. The only positives I can say are the communication up front, and until delivery, were fine. Once the product arrived and I proved to them it did not measure up to the size it was supposed to be, they did not reply to my further communication attempts.

I ordered an Eagles hoodie and first one I bought don't know what happened but they did send me another one and it came yesterday real fast and I love it. Thank you so much especially Zach who emailed me up until the very end. Thank you Zach!!

Ordered a shirt and sweater: Shirt came messed up and they replaced it no problem.

Ordered a KOF Terry Bogard zip up hoodie for my son. He likes it but I was a little disappointed in the merchandise. The way the actual hoodie looks versus what the picture on the website looks like are not the same. I was expecting the hoodie to be thicker (like the picture indicated) and more real material (if that makes sense) but it looks cartoonish. Overall, the price and shipping, I would give a five star. The reason for the four star is because the seller actually sent me an email telling me to leave him a five star review. A word of advice......don’t ever tell someone to do that. That’s very poor workmanship/customer service. If your work/customer service, etc is good, trust me, you will get five stars.
