Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I do not recommend OTIC. The whole experience was terrible from the start.

One delighted daughter!

Ordered a red FIIO DM13 bluetooth portable CD player for my daughter, despite knowing that I would have to wait a while before OTIC would have the item in stock. It arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. My daughter is delighted!

DM13 Bluetooth

I wanted the DM13 CD player and Otic kept me clearly informed about its availability, then succeeded in delivering it on the day before I travelled, as promised.

What I have to add may relate only to the manufacturer, but I put it down here for information.

My objective was a neat, compact CD player that I could have on my desk and also travel with, playing CDs through bluetooth speakers. However, in one location, my speakers are nine years old and the bluetooth on the DM13 will not play through them, while my one-year-old ipad does so.

I have had to resort to a standard cable and there find that there is no standard socket on the back: it is only on the front, which is not what the manufacturer, FIIO, says.

While the sound is exceptional, the bluetooth issue is disappointing.

The product i bought is excellent and good value. Nit was not in stock when ordered antook over 4 months. Otic were not proactive in keeping me informed about delivery and to find their telephone number is very difficult.

Hi Ian -Thanks for the Feedback - The issue was that FiiO underestimated the popularity of the DM13 hence the delay. We tried to update as much as we could regarding the ETA but we can only relay information when we ourselves are provided with it. As stated as soon as we received the DM13 your order shipped with next day delivery. We hope to welcome you back to OTIC soon

Great product at competitive price

This company had many options for unit I wanted including a great price comparison.
Easy ordering and good conversation on delivery which is fast.

Definitely a 5 star company, I bought the new IBasso DX340, great customer support from Craig and the team, the DAP is superb, great quality, and excellent value for money, the end to end service, and support has been exemplary, thanks much appreciated John

Can't recommend this company highly


Can't recommend this company highly enough! I was new to buying a DAP, all my questions were answered prior to purchase and good advice given too. Kept up to date throughout Festive break and very very pleased with my purchase. OTIC was recommended to me as a company to trust, and I back this up entirely
