I don't see why it's been a week and it hasn't been shipped out yet.
I even used the quickest shipping they have so that was alot of money.
After seeing all of the bad reviews and checking how it would take a month before they ship really makes me mad.
They say no refunds after ordering which is sketchy on itself.
If they don't ship out my order in the next two days I'm gonna speak with my bank to refund it for me regardless what these people say.
If anyone is reading this wanting a better place to order, I recommend just using Amazon Japan.
They have almost all of the same items for slightly cheaper and for waaaay cheaper shipping.
Amazon introduced international shipping couple years ago so trust me when I say this, go with Amazon Japan instead.
And if any of the Otona people see this, don't even bother contacting me, I won't see your message on this website and after I get my refund don't worry, I won't be doing business with you again.

C’est cette personne qui prend aussi les gens pour des idiots sur ce site frauduleux.
Pour encaisser de l’argent, il y’a du monde mais pour faire le boulot, plus personne!!

1 of the items i ordered was out of stock, instead of refunding the order or cancelling it, they said no refund will be issued and gave a coupon for the item instead which is already shady as hell. Now that I want to use it and its expiring soon, the website has been down for weeks with no response from the support email.

I placed an order on January 12, 2021 and still have not received my order. I wanted to wait before writing a review since the pandemic was causing delays on worldwide shipping.
However, during the wait I submitted two tickets through their customer support asking about my purchase and still haven't received any response from them.

I've just received a shipping email from them. I'll keep this review updated till my package arrives.

I just received my items from UPS. I'm grateful that in the end they did ship everything I order to me, although it took about two and a half months give or take. I understand that purchasing anything overseas can take some time to get to it destination, especially with covid slowing logistics down, however if I could have received a response when I submitted my customer support tickets that would have made a big difference.

Be warned.
Item was never sent.
Multiple tickets on their customer service website ignored. Email, Facebook, all ignored.
I waited close to a month.
Be sure to use paypal as they offer refunds to get your money back.
I think in 2018 they were a good store but now in 2021 they seem... dead..?

Ordered a single in stock item, payment was accepted and that was it. They never sent the order and have ignored multiple tickets. It's been almost a month, thankfully I used paypal so will be opening a dispute to get my money back.

In a pandemic, the store continues to work, expensive and long, but it was worth it. I ordered through UPS, the parcel was on the way for about a month, and it came in good condition.

Took two weeks longer than anticipated for product to arrived and it broke on the first day of use

I ordered my package 2 days ago, but some how, they haven't gave my any tracking numbers. So i don't know where is the my package and contact us page doesn't available to use, request and customer support is connected by one ticketing page. There isn't way you can contact with them.

This company is shady and greedy. Instead of shipping my preorder right away, they hold my order for 3 weeks and asked for a addition shipping fee for the order. I told them to give me a new quote of the shipping and would pay for it right away, but they never replied. Although I sent them emails several times, they never answer my inquiries. 2 weeks later. they suddenly cancelled my order without giving any reasons. The most ridiculous thing is that they raised the price of my item by $100 and selling it on its parent company nippon-yasan. The way they did is totally unacceptable. Don't buy anything from this store.
