Otona-Sekai responded within a day to my product inquiry pertaining to a sold out limited edition pvc figure pre order stating they would have extra on hand for its official release, then provided a general timeframe to look for it. While the figure ended up delayed by the manufacturer, sure enough Otona-Sekai had open pre orders for it when they said they would. The best part? They were listing it at regular price when the few others who expected to have stock were asking up to double the original cost. I received a notification of it being in stock (which I’d signed up for beforehand), a shipment date w/ tracking number and when it arrived in a thick, unmarked and well packed cardboard box, everything was in order. I would recommend Otona-Sekai to anyone!

The items were nice and support was fast and helpful. However, I've placed three orders and two have been refunded due to the items being out of stock even though the site said they were not. Most of the items still say they are in stock....

Everything went well. The order process took a bit longer than stated, but I expected that. The packaging was neutral and well padded. The package first arrived at Customs, but it was declared as duty-free, thankfully! The homepage could be a little tidier and faster. The shipping fees seem very high, but it was still cheaper than elsewhere. All in all, I am very satisfied and will order again. Thanks, Otona Sekai!

ordering was pretty swift; shipped right on the next day; the products came in a very discreet packaging containing no information about the nature of the products, protecting your privacy really well. great experience overall.

I paid extra for quick shipping yet I still had to wait a week before my order arrived. Why pay the extra money if I'd still have to wait for my order.

Great company, excellent comunication. Shipped on time and would help you out with packaging. I would have no problem buying from them again and/or recommending them.
The only hitch I have was when their website went down for several days during my order (for an update?) - was not able to go in and keep track of my order. But was able to contact them via email.
