The products are in good condition and the shipment was very fast.

After price comparison shopping, I found Otona Sekai to have the fairest prices for their products. However, after I placed the order, it did not arrive until over a month later. The tracking url for the package rarely updates, so attempting to guess when it arrived was a big negative. (It still says my package is in New York City, NY)
The package arrived (eventually) and the product within was undamaged and professionally shipped with no indication of what was inside.
I will order from then again, but this time maybe pay a little extra for faster shipping. ;)

Shipping time was longer than expected, but everything else was correct.

Delivery was a mess because of the "discrete packaging".

Let me explain : I live in Belgium and customs are very strict here.

They stop every packages from China and Japan (Asia globally) and they check everything but there was a lack of information and they sent me a letter for more informations. My package was stuck at customs for an entire week...It's a little sad when you pay for express delivery. I know that Otona sekai did their best to be discrete and that's a good point but when it interfers with the delivery process it's a little bit sad.

I'll order again but please give all the informations recquired on the packaging :)

While I did have a problem with a product, I can't thank the staff enough for how much they helped me. Living the complete opposite side of the globe makes it kind of hard to communicate so it took a reasonable amount of time but in the end my problem was resolved which I'm extremely happy about.

Recently brought Puni Ana DX Hard Edition and a warmer from this site, the warmer was fine however my Puni Ana DX Hard Edition had multiple defects (Guess I was just extremely unlucky considering the popularity), I messaged the support the same day the item arrived and by that night I'd already got a reply.

Shipping the items was extremely fast and actually arrived before estimated time, items were also neatly packed. Prices are also reasonable and actually cheaper than a lot of places. While at first I was worried because of the defects in my product I definitely plan on buying from here again, they clearly care about resolving issues and listen to what the customer has to say which is always good to see!
