I purchased a couple of bracelets this past Spring. They came beautifully boxed , and I loved them immediately. I loved that the company donates to Otters. As I was putting my bracelets in this morning, one broke. I was so disappointed and heartbroken.
I reached out to their customer service and explained what happened and that I was getting ready to put in a large order for Christmas gifts , but now I was hesitant in doing that , If they break easy. They explained to me that it was under a 2 year warranty and they would be happy to replace it upon receiving a picture of the broken. Bracelet, which I sent . They are replacing it right away.
I was so impressed with customer service for answering my email right away, and their caring attitude. I feel confident now in ordering from them in the future.

Oh my gosh where do I even start? This company and their staff are beyond amazing. I accidentally placed an order and was hoping to cancel but it had already shipped. Sonia (the employee I spoke to) not only gave me a full refund but told me to keep the bracelet anyways. I was stunned by the generosity and immediate help she offered. It’s so rare to deal with kind people in this day and age. If you want to feel that warmth, purchase a quality item from this incredible company!!!!!!

This was the first time ordering from Otter Spirit and I could not be more pleased. My three sets arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Prsentation was great as well. The sheen and the colors of the various beads were just beautiful. Now, two sets are gifts and I have not seen the individuals yet. I was assured that if sizing was a problem, I could reach out for help to correct it. I ran into a situation where my bracelet broke and beads scattered. Customer service is absolutlely the best! They are replacing it. It was a pleasure to work with them, as well as a great experience. Otter Spirit's background and mission is a truely inspiring story.

From ordering to delivery, there could not have been better communication.
Trump's tariffs are going to affect families as we, in Europe, are now charged customs and excise which is roughly 80% of an order of 2 items!
The fact that we must all look out for each other is undeniable but when a business sends a percentage to protect the endangered otters, one can only be touched by this compassion.
I bought 2 bracelets and the comments I've received made me glow with gratitude towards Otter Spirit.

Customer Service is exceptional! I had forgotten to enter a discount code when I sent my order in. I contacted customer service, & Jen quickly refunded the discount amount to my credit card. I have since received my order. My bracelets arrived in lovely boxes & are beautiful! I am planning to order more for my sisters!

This company has the BEST customer service I've encountered in a long time! I was asked to rate a necklace I recently ordered, and I gave them my honest review that I was a little bit disappointed that the gemstones didn't quite match the picture color-wise. They got right back to me and explained that with many gemstones, there can be color variations that may be a bit different from what is expected. They could have left it at that, but instead they offered to replace the necklace with another item of equal value AND told me I could keep the necklace or give it to a friend! I'm honestly still so flabbergasted by their response because this type of customer service is very rare these days. I have bought many other items from this company and have always been so pleased with the quality and beauty of their jewelry. I will be a customer for life!
