Très bons tarifs, délai de livraison correct mais les compliments s'arrêtent ici. Produit arrivé défectueux, j'ai contacté le service client, la réponse est arrivée le lendemain, j'ai envoyé une photo du produit conformément à leur demande puis plus rien mais alors plus rien du tout, le néant. J'ai ouvert un litige Paypal, toujours aucune réponse. J'ai transformé mon litige Paypal en réclamation, ils n'ont jamais donné suite à Paypal, incroyable ! Ils s'en foutent royalement, alors tant que vous n'avez pas de problème tout va bien mais c'est dans ces moments là qu'on peut réellement juger un site marchand.

Order arrived in 2.5 weeks but I received no email or anything about the dispatch ... the courier just knocked on my door when I was about to open a dispute with my bank as I thought it was a scam.

Sono estremamente soddisfatta di questi occhiali da sole Persol. La qualità ottica è eccezionale — dal primo momento in cui li ho indossati ho percepito una visione più calma, nitida e confortevole. Le lenti riducono la luce intensa senza rendere l’immagine troppo scura o distorta.

Ho occhi molto sensibili e una forte sensibilità alla luce, e questi occhiali mi hanno dato un vero sollievo, soprattutto sotto il sole forte. La montatura è elegante, comoda per l’uso quotidiano e veste perfettamente. Il colore Havana e la tonalità delle lenti sono raffinati e molto belli.

Per me non è stato solo un acquisto estetico, ma un reale miglioramento del comfort visivo quotidiano. Li consiglio vivamente a chi cerca qualità ottica premium e comfort per gli occhi.

I ordered eyeglass frames from OtticaIT but received a completely unrelated item instead hose accessories.

When I first contacted customer service, they replied saying the package was “not theirs,” despite it being delivered in relation to my order. Later, internal emails showed they had opened a case with their logistics/courier team, which confirmed they were investigating the issue.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution and refund confirmation while they continue their internal discussions.I am not sure how long will it take and if they will be processing the refund.

Stay away!! They are great scammers, claiming they have the item you order, only to deduct your payment and tell you, you'll have to wait a month for delivery..when I cancelled my order and asked for my money back, no problem the said, although their Google translated answer doesn't make much sense..they stated that the money was being refunded but now I have waited over 1 month and still no refund!!
