Weird design choice to put your balance in tiny light grey text at the top. I had to squint to see how much I had left. Important info shouldn’t be hard to read.

After a while you notice it’s all the same slot with different pictures and names, nothing fresh, nothing surprising, just recycled stuff.

I’m old-school and prefer to talk to a human on the phone for money issues. They only have chat and email, both slow and scripted. Felt impersonal and frustrating.
