During this uncertain time with mortgage rates going up, my wife and I thought we were pushed out the market, that was until I spoke to Bharat from Our Mortgage Broker. We had spoken to a broker prior to contacting this company off of recommendation but they couldnt get us the product we needed. I was familiar with Our Mortgage Broker on instagram and reached out. Within my first call with Bharat he hit the ground running, he was extremely personable took his time to understand us and our situation and really wanted to help get us back on the property ladder. Within days we were on track to knowing we would qualify for a competitive mortgage which was affordable. What an amazing start to the new year. Throughout the whole process from day 1 Bharat was always on hand to answer any queries, if he was unavailable he would always let us know. He gave us advice and gone over an above. We will be fully recommending Bharat to anyone we know or who needs a mortgage broker. We hope to continue working with Bharat in the future.

I would rate Mitesh 100 out of 100 if I could.

We were in the process of applying for a mortgage right after the announcement of mini budget. Many lenders pulled their deals and even changed their rates after applications had been submitted!

At 9AM we spoke with Mitesh not sure whether we should pull out of the property transaction or not. At 2PM, Mitesh phoned us to complete the mortgage application together and managed to just get our application in. At 3PM the same mortgage lender was no longer accepting applications for the same product. The next day the interest rate went up. A couple weeks later, our mortgage offer came through with a good rate.

None of this would have been possibly without Mitesh’s help. He’s responsive, prompt, thorough and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their mortgage.

We have used Our mortgage broker to re-mortgage a property that was just purchased. In this scenario there are not many lenders available but Mitesh not only found a few options, he secured the best deal for us and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped us in these uncertain times when lenders were withdrawing their deals. Mitesh was a superstar, I've heard of horror stories where Brokers go missing, delays processes. Not our Mortgage Broker, they are in my opinion Best in the game. Full communication, clear in what I needed to provide. I have already recommended to 3 people I know.
