La experiencia fue aceptable, aunque hubo varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. La página cumple con lo básico, pero a veces es lenta y no siempre es fácil encontrar lo que buscas. El diseño es sencillo, pero algo anticuado. El servicio al cliente respondió, aunque tardaron un poco. En general, no fue una mala experiencia, pero hay margen para mejorar.

I made a mistake
I made a mistake by selecting purchase on Daraz, but there was a scam then it redirected to other web store. I make a purchase there and it was for account opening. So I didn't purchased something but instead I purchase an account. Then I asked for refund from support help center. From customer services Imani contacted me for refund and asked me to give an honest review. So I'm giving an honest review. If I got my account opening fee back, I would be highly thankful for Imani From Escalation team. Thank you

The agent helped with my doubts, but my global experience on this website was not good. I´m cancelling my membership, however, I just received an email offering me a refund. So, in my honest opinion, besides my bad experience, the costumer support system is good and effective!.
