Fake profiles upon fake profiles.

I signed up for a one month trial and then I canceled. They have been taking money out of my bank account for six to seven months now saying they have no account on file for me but yet they keep taking money out! Please be aware of the scam site and save your time and money. Customer service just keeps telling me they don't have an account for my name but yet every month the money keeps coming out even though I put a stop payment on them through my bank.

I recommend staying away from Ourtime unless you like getting catfished, conned out of money and overcharged. OurTime is dinosaur in the age of J4Elit.com
which is much cheaper and there is a lot more authenticity and flexibility there. Another big problem with OurTime is that when your authorize one transaction they charge you for two or three. When you try to dispute these charges there is no live person to talk to. Their customer service seems to consist only of bots and they are not helpful at all. Everything is done and organized in the optimal way to fleece you of your hard-earned money.

Someone hacked into my account and started sending likes and messages to people. When I contacted Customer Service I got an AI generated response back that didn't address the issue at all. I hope the hackers didn't take any of my photos and aren't using any of them for God knows what. Shame on them for not protecting users privacy and not keeping our personal information secure.

Son unos sinvergüenzas, hacés una suscripción de una cosa y te meten dos, para sacarte el dinero y luego es una odisea para poderte salir.

Total scam site 63 replies and not 1 legit. No customer service help

It appeared that someone had hacked my account and was sending messages that weren't mine. I reported it to Our Time. By Email that said they would look into immediately. I reported it several times via email.. basically got the same generic email back. I was eventually "banned" without any reason. After I was ,"banned they were still taking my money out of my bank account. Also since I was,"banned " I couldn't cancel my subscription because 'I had no account '. I originally signed up for 6 months. I only got 1 before I was 'banned' without an explanation.I called the banks fraud line and reported it. I did get some of my money back. The lack of communication is horrible!!!

Tengo 66 años y soy una mujer que aparento menos ,estuve a puntito de caer,lo único que tengo una tarjeta prepago...me llamó mucho la atención que antes se suscribirme que al final no lo hice por que no me cuadro lo de la suscripción de 6 meses me envíaron más de 200 contactos que me habían visitado y no lo ví normal,tenía fotos bonitas ,pero tampoco sexis,para que los hombres se volviesen locos vamos ..y luego miŕé las reseñas...y me dí cuenta que es una estafa,AVISO...no poner nunca tarjetas de credito, si no tarjetas prepago...enseguida me dí de baja, habia un monton de cuentas diferentes...las fotos no pude cambiarlas,lo único que quite lo que yo yo quería en un hombre y la fecha de nacimiento puse 1930...espero poder ayudar con mi reseña...

Por no ponerle un cero, empecé con mucha ilusión de conocer nuevos amigos o amigas, pero es un desastre, no se puede interactuar muy bien con la aplicación, siempre aparecen los mismo perfiles, y ayer ya me vino uno que aluciné: pone en en el perfil de una mujer "que es lo que siempre llevarías contigo" y la respuesta es: mi bolso con las cosas que necesito y ahora hidrogel y mascarillas, es decir este perfil es de la época del Covid, alucinante. Y escribo esto el veinticuatro de marzo de 2026. Yo vivo en La Coruña y me mandan perfiles y likes de personas Madrid, de Málaga de Gerona, hasta de Portugal, evidentemente para que ni me moleste en ir a conocer a esas personas. Y suscribo todo lo que dicen los que han expresado su opinión antes que la mía, totalmente de acuerdo. Una estafa y tomadura de pelo.

Me suscribí por un mes. Los primeros días me contactaron perfiles falsos con el objeto de engancharme al sistema. Los motores de búsqueda no funcionan bien, no aplican correctamente los filtros. Muchos perfiles inactivos no identificables como tales. El derecho de desistimiento es un fraude, pues no responden a ello.

Decidieron ellos la fella de entrega.fatal.lugo ni número de teléfono en web.fatal.

Full of fake profiles. Very much a waste of time and money. They were not transparent when subscribing. It was not until I subscribed to the basic plan that I saw that you must upgrade in order to actually match with another subscriber, or message them - I don’t remember exactly what it was but I felt duped. My profile parameters kept changing. I would set it up and save it and the next time I would look at it, it had changed. I, unlike other reviewers was able to unsubscribe and delete my account - I think! And I did get an email from Our Time to alert me that someone who had messaged me had been identified as having a fraudulent profile. 6 days after they weee kicked off.

If I could give this dating site a -10 I would it’s absolutely horrific very few even real people on this site and they bait you with fake profiles and then they go away. It’s just insane.

Perfiles falsos, macht falsos, distancias que no sé respetan,y encima cobran lo que no ofertaron,el chat no funciona y tiene un delay increíble,en general la peor app para conocer gente.

El problema principal de esta pagina que es muy difícil a terminar la inscripción. Te prometan mucho, hay que pagar constantemente. Para que?

Además, los perfiles que te envían, viven muy lejos, de todo España. Que ;o lo quería y no lo he pedido.
No es fácil navegar, hay que entrar cada vez para entrar en un perfil.
No lo recomenda a nadie, es dinero y tiempo perdido.

I have tried to subscribe, the website does not work. Customer service is poor and after reading all the reviews here, I won't recommend it to anyone either
It is really sad, people want to find a suitable partner in life. Dating sites are for just for profit, not aimed to to help you find someone. They send you many profiles, fake likes and AI generated reply, it's really an injustice to all seeking a partner in life.

Coming across a genuine lady is like finding a needle in the haystack. The rest are scammers and AI generated accounts. I tested the water on J2Match.com
and I was very lucky there. Despite my initial skepticism I met someone special so I know that this site is working. Maybe OurTime used to work better in the past. There were more favorable reviews about it 4-5 years ago. But based on my experience with it, a lot of things have changed and OurTime has drastically deteriorated.

Tras suscribirme, he intentado cancelar la suscripción y el proceso no es claro ni efectivo, lo que considero un incumplimiento de las condiciones anunciadas.
Además, quiero advertir sobre un patrón que se repite con frecuencia en la plataforma: contactos de perfiles que muestran un interés excesivo desde el inicio, que suelen estar lejos de tu ciudad y que rápidamente proponen continuar la conversación por chat privado. Tras uno o dos días de halagos y mensajes insistentes, comienzan a solicitar dinero con distintas excusas.
Por la forma en que se repiten estos comportamientos y lo similares que son los mensajes, da la impresión de que estos perfiles no son usuarios normales, sino cuentas creadas o toleradas para mantener la suscripción activa. Al menos, no parece que la plataforma controle ni evite este tipo de prácticas.
Comparto mi experiencia para que otras personas estén prevenidas antes de suscribirse.

After joining, my inbox was filled with likes and messages. I got messages from men/boys in their 30s (I'm 72), a guy who posted he was 66 and whose picture reflected a smoking hot guy in his mid 30s (if he was 66, I want to know what kind of moisturizer he uses! lol), not to mention receiving emails from males of every race, creed and color, despite the fact that I specified my preference. After weeding through them, I carefully selected just two gentlemen with whom I felt a connection. We intensely e-mailed and built on that connection. I delayed meeting them both until I felt confident about proceeding and I'm glad I did. One professed his love for me with passionate letters and phone calls. And I was buying it right up until the time he asked me for a temporary loan for $35,000 to solve an urgent business problem. The second one was just as bad. He sent eloquently written emails which were emotionally enticing and I felt myself falling deeply for him. Then I noticed inconsistencies (a nice way of saying lies) in his exchanges with me. My Spidey senses were tingling and I did on-line searches and could find not one shred of proof that this person existed. I blocked them both on email and phone, refusing further contact. I paid $67 for a 3-month subscription, used it just one week, and then cancelled my account (no refunds). Please do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on joining. Your bank account and disappointed emotions will thank you.
