Poor customer service
I accidentally ordered two items after not realising that the first order had gone through. Also I ordered the incorrect item which I realised when the first one arrived. I phoned to explain and was told the second item had not been posted and would be swapped to the correct item and the first item would be collected/returned. The second item arrived and it was the same as the first ( hadnât been swapped for the correct one ) and I have heard nothing since . I realise that I messed up the order but I thought that I had sorted it with the phone call . Apparently not .
